My order was over a week late despite being next day delivery. Placed my order for secret Santa and completely missed the date! Very upset

Well considering I’ve still not received my order I placed over a week ago. Phoned after 3 days as had no dispatch email, was told it would be shipped express delivery as compensation, warehouse decided to just send it standard delivery. Needed this present for this weekend, ordered with PLENTY time despite it being Christmas. Very disappointed and will not be shopping with you again.

Horrendous service! Ordered a number of items for secret santa gifts on 7 december and paid £4 delivery. The expected delivery date was between the 08-12/12. I still havent received anything! The items were only dispatched late on 11/12 and hermes still don't even have the parcel! If and when they finally get delivered they will be returned straight away as its gone past the date i needed them for! Safe to say I wont be using you again. When should people order the 1/12 to get them for xmas day??? Not acceptable and who knows if i will ever evem get the items!

Absolutely disgusting! No communication whatsoever ever. Been nearly 10 days and still no delivery that I paid extra to have sent via next day delivery. Never using this website again.

I have been asked to write a review on my order but as yet I still have not received it even though the delivery dates state between the 8th and 12th of December and it is now the 15th o/n 102271555

I still don't have my gift which was order on 7th December and supposed to be delivered by 12th December. It is now the 15th. When I chased I was told that it would go out on 13th express delivery due to the poor service I'd received. Today (15th) I've emailed again because I still have no dispatch email. The item has now (apparently) been sent via Hermes so NOT express and two days later that the already delayed date. Customers would prefer an honest answer rather than being fobbed off. It allows them to make alternative arrangements. A voucher for Prezzybox is NOT compensation since why would I want to order from Prezzybox again?

I'm actually really disappointed. The order should have arrived on Monday... We're now on Friday and I've had to chase twice to find out what has happened. The order didn't go out because one item was out of stock. This wasn't an issue at the point of ordering it. The irony is that the product which was out of stock was £2.99, they held the entire order and weren't even aware themselves the order hadn't gone out! Poor effort.

Shocking! I never got my parcel ended up getting a refund of my money I rang and rang and didn’t really get any help and even now my parcel still haven’t come right joke

I still haven't received my delivery, customer service is terrible, when asked where the delivery is I'm given the same excuse over and over again. Will never use again and I recommend you stay away.

I have still no received my goods after ordering over a week ago, and Prezzybox.com does not offer an express delivery service to Scotland.

Was surprised that i was asked to review the purchase but here you go - I will NEVER use Prezzybox again, nor will i recommend to anyone, in fact i would go out of my way to make sure people know how poor you service is so they can avoid the hassle and disapointment. From ruining the card by mis-spelling it and then palming that off as your suppliers fault and failing to take responsibility of it, to the third-rate box it came in. When you get complaints in you fail to acknowledge them unless chased repeatedly. Oh, and if anyone from Prezzybox is reading this, i STILL haven't had a confirmation that a replacement card will be sent as you, once again, have ignored that message. In short - TO BE AVOIDED

Still waiting for my order to arrive! I was supposed to be giving this to a friend today at our Christmas party so I'm a little disappointed. I would not have ordered it!
