Order has been delayed for over a week, apparently because of "snow". Amazon etc. seem to be coping just fine though.

I ordered two products on the 11th December and they still haven't arrived in 8 days! I rang Prezzybox on the 13th December and was told it had been dispatched only to get an email on the 15th saying it had just been dispatched. Four days later, it still hasnt arrived. You can imagine my disappointment.

I’ve waited over a week for delivery? I’ve called up and have been told that tracking in unavailable however, I was emailed saying my delivery was on the road. Worst service ever. Would not buy again due to this.

My order was 5days late this itself isn’t too much of a problem given the time of year, however when I tried to contact customer support it took 4attempts to reach anyone & her response was atrocious! Terrible customer service all round.

Not great, still haven’t received my product even though I ordered it well over a week ago for a secret Santa on Saturday and was told it should arrive by friday by a customer services rep on the phone. Will not be using again

My first time using Prezzybox and I am sad to say that my items have no turned up after over a week since ordering. The order was meant to be despatched last week. No phonecall, e-mail or notification of any sort and had to ring up to find out that it had not been dispatched. I was promised on the phone that my delivery would turn up on Monday but never did. I would never recommend this company, no matter how big or small your purchase is.

I needed it to be delivered for a certain date, unfortunately this didn’t happen and I had to buy a different gift as this was supposed to be a gift. Happy with the product just not the service.

When ordering for a secret santa present, I was informed the estimated delivery should have fit my time frame. Not until I completed my order and payment was I made aware there were 2-3 extra days of delivery delays. Not only did my parcel not arrive before the time frame in which I needed it, it still hasn't, 4 days after the original delivery estimate.

Order 3 pack of personalised beers... the packaging was shocking for bottles and arrived broken.

ordered an item from Prezzybox at least 2 weeks a go, I only placed the order as it said delivery within 2-3 days. I needed it within that time for my work secret Santa. Two weeks later still nothing, very poor. Certainly won’t be using Prezzybox ever again!!

Expected delivery Tues-Fri... it's now the following Tuesday and still no sign of my order, e-mail to say please track your order and then to be told no tracker available on this item, and you expect me to write a review?! Shocking. I will be demanding a full refund, postage included.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of the gifts, as they have not arrived yet. Despite an estimated delivery date of 12th to 15th December. I emailed customer services, and at least did get a swift response. However the response was only able to advise that there is no way of telling where the delivery could be as it is not tracked and requested a few more days patience. While a lack of tracking information may be true with regards to Royal Mail, I imagine that you (or your partner agencies) would have a record of whether or not the parcel has even been dispatched yet..? I understand that things do take a bit longer at this time of year. Maybe you could have a more realistic delivery date on the website for your products? This might enable customers to make an informed decision about whether what you have advertised is in fact the best choice for a birthday gift, rather than leaving me hanging after the money has been spent.
