The slippers I ordered where one size but absolutely enormous! I had to return them as my husband would not have worn Unicorn slippers. The cost of return was expensive.

I ordered a bottle of vodka for my son's 21st and at £38 I was expecting a better present. Firstly I paid extra for it to arrive in a gift box which looked lovely however it arrived in a plain gold bottle bag. The vodka bottle I could have made a sticker and put my son's name on it. What the vodka will taste like I don't know .Poor standard and will not order again from company. Now waiting on gift box to arrive as I complained and was told it was a mistake at factory and they will send a gift box out.

Requested a Christmas cake in a tin. When it arrived it was VERY VERY small and was a christmas cake MIX not a cake. Very Disapointing.

It does state in this products description that the cake comes as a mix, which requires baking. ordered a few things for Christmas presents but they omitted 2 things from parcel. I ordered 3, and 3 were on invice but only i received After emailing them, they were sent a few days later

The product was chipped and faulty when I received it. However, customer service were quick to reply and deal with the issue.

Anchor butter is offering prizes for purchasing their product, they say you have won a £5 gift card..., we then go to your site and try and pick a prize for £5,,,, WHICH I did and to receive the prize I had to pay £3.95 postage, so my prize is worth £1.o5... It is a twist. Kay Earith

I ordered small book as a fun extra birthday gift and followed up with a quick email to ask if dispatch was likely to be same day. I received a brief reply to say no, 'what with the time being 15.16'. However the book did arrive the next day after all - before the email confirming dispatch was even sent. Book was tiny - about 3 inches square - and p&p at £3.95 was ridiculously expensive.

Disappointed when the advert said a Christmas Cake in a tin, when all it was was a tiny tin containing the ingrediants for a tiny cake. Please do not contact me again as I will not be purchasing anything from your company.

Item ordered came damaged so was sent another. The second also came damaged. Not very impressed as it was a gift. was refunded postage costs but lost out on voucher i used as nothing was compinsated for that!

I ordered 3 items for my nieces, two of which turned up plus a third that was incorrect. I telephoned Prezzybox who helpfully said they would send the correct item and apologized for the inconvenience. I duly received the correct item a few days later, unfortunately the packaging surrounding the item was too thin to protect the product so it was squashed and bent. I phoned once again and was told that they would send a replacement. I suggested that they pack the item in a more robust package which they agreed. I am still waiting for it to arrive... The products are good but the Prezzybox packaging is poor and therefore the items are generally damaged on arrival.

I ordered a map jigsaw and nowhere did it say that it was not available in Scotland. So I wasted time and money booking and paying postage for nothing. very irritating.

Was pleased with my product but disappointed that my call I made to Prezzybox regarding whether a film came with the camera, she told me she would come back to me but she didn't. Gifts arrived fine.

I wasn't terribly happy with the quality of the product I purchased for the price I paid. I later found the same item for 30% lesss on a competitor website. On top of that, this item was not under offer on the competitors site whereas it was on Prezzy Box! I feel the competitors price reflects the quality to expect.

I have given poor as a rating because I contacted prezzybox regarding being signed to a contract although the promotional details state you can try for £1 no mention of contract even in small print! I just wanted to try! The adviser stated that i could cancel at anytime but I didn't want a contract! I never heard from them again! I just wanted to try it! Not asking much!
