Service wasn't bad which is the reason for 2 stars. The personalised clock is tiny when it states it is a wall clock, got to be the smallest wall clock I've ever seen, very disappointed in this product, also the Spa lights came only in a box of 2!!! picture on web site VERY misleading and only in the small print does it state pack size, again very disappointing need to sort out descriptions and product size more clearly, will NOT be using this site again!

One of the items I received(knit your own beard) is of no use as not enough wool is given to actually complete the task. I assume other gifts work that I got for Christmas, time will tell. I gave the two star as they obviously do not check the items they are sending to customers. I'm an experienced knitter and undid and redid a couple of times to try make it work.

Some how my last name got put with the person it was a gift for first name and it did not go down well with them. Should have had it sent to me first but could not fault the actual item

Get given the wrong dates when parcel arrives. I call up ask when it will and they tell me a date and still does not arrive.

Was given a date for the items I ordered, they didn't arrive until 2 days later (on a Sunday). I wanted them for presents on a weekend away, disappointed that I had to go out and buy something else. Items sent back

Took forever to arrive and in the end it was too late for the Christmas Secret Santa party. Had to pay postage to get it and then pay postage to return it. Not good customer service.

The delivery and quality of the actually tankard was good. However the size of the inscription on the tankard is considerably different to what is shown on the image when originally purchasing this item. I was really excited to give this present to my brother for his 30th and was really disappointed to see the finished result as it was so different in size to what I thought I was buying. I wanted to order more from prezzybox as its Christmas for my family, but as I was so disappointed with my first order I didn't want to risk it again. I won't be using press ox again as I felt I waisted my money.

Because it is a personalised item it is sent directly from the suppliers warehouse and therefore we have no control over the finished item. Sadly it turned up later than the delivery time and was broken.But the customer service was good when I called.No replacement could be sent as it was out of stock so will be given a refund ,but not yet got this but early days.

Your pricing on the website is a lot to be desired as it is net price (exc. VAT) and it is not clear that is your pricing methodology is structured this way

Hi Darren, Thank you for your comments, the pricing on the site includes VAT. Can you give us an example of what VAT was added, we noticed you used a voucher, this doesn't deduct off delivery, and our order invoicing will split the VAT. I was happy with the quality of the items I received, but the order arrived two working days (after a weekend) after the estimated delivery date range which was disappointing as this meant that I couldn't use the present for the event which I bought the present for.

The product was fine, just as shown on line but the experience was poor. I wasn't able to choose the design I had to have whatever they decided to give me in the warehouse so that is a 0 out of 10. Then the pricing was purposely confusing. VAT was added at the last moment so the product was more expensive than advertised and I might as well have bought from a different seller where \i could have chosen the designs I wanted. Overall a very disappointing service.

Ordered a personalised cat calendar, it arrived quickly but only the first name was printed not the surname as pictured on the website. Contacted prezzy box who suggested I send them photos of the pages where the surname should be present (making me feel like I needed to have proof and that my word was not good enough) Once I did this they said they would send out a replacement, but it was only after I proved to them that I was not a liar that anything was done to rectify the mistake. Won't be using prezzybox again.

The items i bought were expensive so i expected them to be good quality. I found the chocolate pizza to be not very special and the birthday book also poor quality for the price.

First of all i was unable to personalise the object, kept thinking i must have to put the details in on the next page but even after completing the purchase nothing came up. Had to wait from friday evening to monday morning to cancel that order. They fixed the website and i reordered perfectly but then decided there was a nice jewellery making set for my great niece, added it to my basket, checked out, then found out a few days later that i had been charged £3.95 delivery for the jewellery set as it came from an outside supplier. To top it all it tracked at the wrong amount at Quidco. Grrr

Ordered 3 items, 2 were as requested but unfortunately a "grow your own christmas tree" was mistaken/replaced by a "grow your own brussel sprouts", i suppose they are similar so an easy mistake to make!!!!!

ordered 3 things and only two arrived. Have been in touch and been assured the other one will be sent but I still have not received it. As a result I have missed giving my sister in law her birthday present. Not pleased
