Parcel did not arrive in time. Delivery date was between 15th-17th. Did not arrive until the 19th

Not very happy with the device as I order two present for Christmas and only one of the presents was in the box. Still waiting on the other present to be delivered after I spoke to a team member and explained the situation.

Bad quality item needed returning and they won't send me a return form until I've proven it, when their returns window is only 14 days. By the time I've sent them photos etc. it'll be too late to send it back. Terrible customer services

When I placed my order week ending 11th December I was expecting it between 14th and 16th December and as yet I have not received it. I am expecting this before Christmas eve and I am rather disappointed with the service. I have used it in the past but not had this experience before.

I was just about to Email you. There is a spring and metal contact plate missing from the battery holder. It is imposssible to use batteries.. How do I return these lights? I really wanted them for my bathroom for Christmas, I even made them tiny little red felt hats with white bobble to make them look Christmassy. I also do not like the miniature radion. There is no where to put earphones in. I was hoping to use it in hospitall when I am in. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Merry Christmas Happy Hogmany Anne Marie

The main reason I ordered from this website was for a superman cape towel for my dad's Christmas present (ordered over 2weeks before xmas). I wasn't informed it was out of stock, instead I received my parcel with a dispatch note which didn't include this item at all, as if I'd never even ordered it. I had to call and email to find out what was going on. Never received it - I was refunded but should have been informed before buying.

The product I had ordered was similar but not as advertised. I had ordered the edible eyes as a cheap little stocking filler for someone but when it arrived it was edible disguises so not as shown. As it was so cheap I haven't bothered sending it back but probably wont use the site again. On a positive note the other items were fine and it arrived promptly.

My order never arrived and although prezzy box were quick to respond and send my itiems again some were missing. So I have paid for things I have never received and now Im finding it hard to get a re-fund for these itiems. Not impressed

Hardly any sand or shells, pretty disappointed if I'm honest. The bottle is good and idea is great just a shane the product doesn't live up to how lovely it could be

I've ordered from you before and it was fine. This time no one was in to take the parcel. Went to pick it up from Royal Mail and it is broken. Note sure if it was broken when sent from you or Royal Mail have broken it.

The customer service team are quick to respond but the hope is that you won't have to contact customer service. My delivery didn't arrive and so the dept were quick to redeliver but when it finally arrived the main item In the delivery was broken and in pieces. I was then instructed to send the item back 3 days before Christmas. Ultimately it was all a bit disappointing and I would be very reluctant to use the service again.

Didn't arrive in time for when I needed it so a complete waste of money. Delivery was a full week, if I had known that I definately would have ordered it elsewhere!

I phoned to see if the item was in stock and told yes and would be dispatched only to be told 4days later it wasn't after buying batterys

Not sure who you are using for delivery, but the last tracking update i got was on the 10th of December saying 'Courier received', it is now the 18th and I've only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. Spoke to customer services of the 15th stating they will contact the couriers... haven't head anything since. Quite frankly poor, why didn't you just post all the items in one box?

I haven't received my order as yet so I am not sure why I should be reviewing an order not received. Order was placed on 8th december and still have not received it, 16 December. On emailing customer services, I was told that the courier had incorrectly routed my order and is now on the way to me. The courier is Hermes and on ordering from another online shopping site I had exactly the same experience with the same courier. I don't say prezzy box is the problem, but I think you might want to look at changing the courier Hermes.

Delivery driver threw the parcels over the gate, in which it was raining so box got wet so did the contents! Not happy
