Fist time I have used this site and was very disappointed . I ordered my item and paid the extra fee for next day delivery. But when I called to check on the status I was told that it hadn't, been dispatched from the warehouse. Also when asked why that was , I was not given explanation but just told it hadn't, been done. And only after I insisted on getting my Extra payment back I was told that I would only get the difference between the standard delivery. But surely as it was your mistake I should of got the full amount back. And still to this date have received nothing back. I think this is appalling customer service and makes me have no confidence in recommending you to other people.

I was very disappointed. I ordered a look back at your life book for my mother in law who is 93 for Xmas. The first one arrived with most of the information I wanted on the book wrong. Ordered another one which also arrived wrong. Rachel who was dealing with the situation couldn't of been more helpful none of the problems were her fault, it came down to the supplier who was at fault.

It was a Christmas present and it was given a delivery date of 22nd of Dec. It arrived on the 30 of Dec. Not very good

Prezzybox have a good range of gifts at good prices, I made an order quite close to Christmas and it came in good time. But I was very disappointed with the packing of my order. It had all been squashed very tightly in to a flat box which was clearly much shallower than one if the products that I ordered. I ordered a box of Bath tea bags as a Christmas gift and because it had been so squashed the box was completely bent out of shape and looked really tatty. I had to apologies to my friend for the presentation of her gift and Unfortunately because it was so close to Christmas I couldn't return the present otherwise I would have.

Product itself was fine but the delivery was shocking. I was in all day waiting for it and my doorbell never rang, then later went out to find a note in the hall left by Hermes saying only "garden". I found my parcel in the garden, not sealed, just inside two cardboard boxes. It had been raining and luckily it hadn't rained heavier as the boxes were wet and any more rain would have destroyed the manufacturer's box the item was in. The only way the delivery person could have got it here was to fling it over the six foot garden wall. The item was made of porcelain and they were really lucky it was extremely well protected in polystyrene inside the manufacturer's packaging, otherwise it would have been destroyed. The packaging was awful and not secured with tape or anything, and the delivery slip with all my personal details was easily accessible to anyone. Also, this isn't the first negative experience I've had with Hermes, and I avoid companies once I know they use Hermes for delivery. As such I won't be ordering from Prezzybox again.

The present was delivered almost 3 days later than the outer delivery date promised. Moreover, for the product ordered, there was no online order tracking possible for some strange reason nor was there any response back from Prezzy Box to my email enquiries neither did anyone pick up the phone. Really bad service. The product was as per what was shown on the website and my friend was happy with the product but service wise very poor. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dispatch and delivery times a lot longer than they said online, arrived after the event it was needed for, so disappointed in the service. Product was nice as described

There was very little communication about my order. My delivery was estimated between the 18th and 21st of December and did not receive package until the 23rd.

Great product! ...but the delivery and customer services were shockingly poor, I'd been told by a friend this website would be great and get my present to me quickly however this was not the case and I was very disappointed!

Although products ordered directly from Prezzybox were delivered as promised, one item delivered by a third party has not arrived as scheduled. There has been not contact and no ability to track this item.

I ordered 2 Christmas gifts in November and it's now the 21st Dec and they still haven't arrived. So far I'm not impressed and I won't be using this company again.
