Disappointed with the Customer Service. I have tried communicating with you and no one has bothered replying. I need to return two items I have tried ringing but it keeps saying 'busy'. How am I meant to returns if no one is telling me how?!

not very impressed, didn't receive 2 of my parcels, cannot get through on the phone to talk to anyone, have sent an email, received a reply stating received, still no response or refund.

Whilst to presents I ordered were fine the courier delivered them in a sopping wet and torn cardboard box. This needs looking into.

i ordered this gift for my sister in the UK it stated it would be delivered between the 22nd and 24th of December..its now the 1st January and she still does not have it. I sent an email about this had no reply...i am not very happy at all

I ordered an item, paid about 6 pound for next day delivery as it was for a secret santa present at short notice, the item arrived a day late meaning not only was the present late but I had to make a special journey to take it to work. I emailed to complain and have heard nothing from prezzybox. Not impressed with their service.

I felt I was slightly mis-led by the picture of the glasses when I ordered them I thought they were sets of glasses. when I received them they were single glasses, i wouldn't have paid 5.95 for a glass ever so i was disappointed to say the least ont be ordering again

I got a call from the courier on the day of delivery to say he would deliver that morning. Needless to say, I wasn't home to receive and the only option I was offered were the morning of the following day (23rd Dec), with no specified time - which I couldn't do - or Christmas Eve, which I could do but gave me no fall back options in the event that anything failed to arrive. So, Christmas Eve it was, and sure enough one of the gifts I had bought failed to arrive. I e-mailed Prezzybox to request a refund and am still waiting for a reply. A bit irritating to get a request for a review before anyone has bothered to reply to my complaint

I bought about five item from prezzybox. Everything was fine I got a parcel in right time as well. But one of the item which was a ninja cup it was a christmas gift for my baby brother but when he opened it was in broken condition. I complaint online but still haven't got any reply until now. I won't recommend buying from prezzybox.

Ordered two items for delivery before Christmas. First item arrived within a few days. Order tracking showed second item had not yet been despatched. Informed Prezzybox of situation by e-mail. Was informed by return email that item should arrive by 23rd. Item did not arrive and informed Prezzybox by e-mail on 24th of situation. Still awaiting reply today the 30th.

I accidentally ordered from the US not knowing the business was from the UK, It wasn't posted on the site they did not ship outside of UK Also a relative did too, We are still waiting for our refund...all this is trying to be accomplished through several emails,,,VERY FRUSTRATED!!!! Last email I stated if the money in US dollars was not on debit card I would report your business, I am still in the process of reporting.

I was initially very impressed with the quick delivery of my order. However one of the items is faulty and despite sending two emails asking about returning the item you have chosen to completely ignore me. Disgraceful customer service. Not a happy customer.

Went to Prezzy box specifically to order Gelli Bath for a Xmas present for my son. Paid £1 extra to get Smelly Gelli Bath. Clicked on the different smell options, chose Bubble Gum by clicking on it. (My son's favourite, thought it'd actually smell quite clean & nice, unlike some of the other smells, particularly Popcorn which we all agree would be horrible.) Order went thru, but when it arrived, it was Popcorn - the one we all hated. Rang to complain but was told the flavours were picked at random by the warehouse. Turned out this was buried in the small print at the bottom of the product description. Really annoyed - if this is the case, it should have been up there in bold print next to the quantity order box, and also next to the photos of the different smells that you can click on - the fact you can click on the photo gives you the impression that you are selecting which one you order. A complete waste of my money and one very disappointed son. Rubbish!

The two items I ordered where only novelties but the quality was really poor. The packaging was totally inadequate and one the item's plastic container was completely crushed. I only ordered as I had a voucher, but I won't be shopping here again. I should point out that I did not contact PrezzyBox to give them an opportunity to respond - the items were less than £15 together and it just wasn't worth it for me.

I purchased the hi-top slippers. They said fits up to size 10. My husband is a size 10 and they are far too small and the elastic broke as soon as he unwrapped them.
