The product I ordered didn't come complete with the specified personalisation as promised. I emailed a complaint and never received any acknowledgement, which accounts for my rating of poor.

Delivery was extremely quick, but the sound quality produced by the goods was pathetic.

I'm not that impressed with the "service" I received in December. I placed an order for a few items (all Christmas presents), and 1 of them still hasn't even arrived! I've had no apology or any contact from Prezziebox to say sorry for the delay & I've also had no response to the email I sent to complain about this. I asked for a reason for the delay, I asked for a refund of yet I'm to hear anything back about! I had to go & buy another present for my Dad which I hadn't budgeted for. I'm happy with the items I did receive but I will not order from yourselves again. Not until this problem is sorted out.

I ordered a personalised gift for my best friends birthday. It was advertised as a wooden cat keyring, with the option of an engraved name. I bought this and had "Bella" engraved on it for my friend, as this is the name of her kitten. It arrived a day before her birthday (took a week to arrive) and it wasn't in the shape of a cat, it was a dog. It was quite clearly not the same keyring as I had ordered. And thus, the gift I ordered from so called "prezzybox" made sure that I actually had no prezzy to give to my friend on her birthday. I won't be buying from you again.

Order was wrong, disappointed had to send a Christmas buble for a 1st baby Christmas with the wrong spelling on after I made sure it was correct before submitting it, contacted office and they offered me to buy another one at cost price but would of cost a fortune seems already paid £13 for the first buble sent out so didn't bother sorry

Where do I start, I ordered before Christmas the where we met puzzle box for my wife, I get the wrong item 2 days before Christmas I rang them straight up they said they wouldn't send it special delivery even though it was there fault they said they would deliver it between Christmas and New Year well it's the 7th of Jan today and I've still had nothing, not impressed!!

Although the products from Prezzybox were as expected, my delivery and the service I received was appalling. Firstly, I have to say that I am absolutely disgusted by the delivery service my parcel endured. I am not sure if you outsource delivery to a courier, or deliver yourselves, but regardless; as the customer of yours, as far as I am concerned the blame lies with you. I found my parcel in a bush, outside the front door, and soaking wet from the rain. I think this is completely out of order, and paying for next day delivery, I expect better service from the courier or yourselves. My Nan was in at all day, and so, the person delivering didn't even bother to knock nor ring the doorbell, and simply threw my parcel into the bush outside and left the elements to take their toll. I cannot believe how my parcel was treated and I will tell you that it is unbelievably fortunate that the contents- which included a book (not very waterproof)- were not ruined. Should the parcel had not have been found then I assure you that everything would have been ruined, and as they were Christmas presents so would Christmas for members of my family. I consider this a polite message, but I assure you that had my parcel been ruined, my message would not have been so polite. I cannot believe that my parcel was treated in such a disgusting manner, and due to the fact that it could and was very nearly ruined, I request that my delivery cost be refunded immediately, due to the disgusting treatment I have received. I do understand that if your delivery is outsourced then this blame will lie with the courier, but nevertheless, I do still expect my money back from yourselves, which you can recover from the courier and I expect this refund immediately for the outrageous service I have got, and, I insist that you use another courier whom will take care of the parcels and therefore your customers, as this only reflects badly on yourselves. I will try to not let this ruin the reputation you have with me, but should you refuse to rightly refund my delivery cost then I will have no choice but to move my custom elsewhere. Furthermore, my complaint was ignored by yourselves! How very rude. -A dissatisfied customer.

I had been given a 5 pound voucher so I spent along time looking at the site . I chose 30 pounds worth of goods but at checkout it refused to accept my code. After 4 attempts I gave up and didn't buy anything

I ordered before Christmas 2 of the same gift and although I wrote back just before Christmas as soon as I received my delivery as yet I have had no response. Perhaps I may get one now?

Unfortunately not great quality, one of the key rings broke in half after only a week. They were also smaller than I expected from the photos

Customer service appalling ...bad responses when dealing with delivery ...no responses to emails.. If you need help make sure you call!! So bad at a point I thought the company was fraudulent.. Pictures are not true to size!!so read specification properly

The items themselves where nice but delivery took longer than expected and countless emails and phone calls where made to enquire of the status of my order because my items came from 3 different suppliers.. As off right now I still haven't received my full order and can't seem to get a status on the last item.. I certainly won't be ordering from here again and if I had read that their stuff was made and shipped from different companies I wouldn't have ordered in the first place as it just makes everything very complicated but as I said the items themselves so far where nice and well made

Unique ideas for gifts - arrival time was as expected. Gifts were filled out to my father but when they arrived they were addressed to me with no notable tags to the giftee (so i was left wondering what was the point of filling that part in). gifts were more "packaged" with fancy wrapping paper (think pink/purple paper) rather than "wrapped" with tape, etc. one of the two gifts was advertised as "alcohol breath tester" but did no "testing" - it wasn't pointed out that is was a joke item in the title so completely wasted £8 and persuing this. - so far no reply to my returns ticket of 3 days ago. Although one of the gift was good (the only reason this review didn't score a 1). I probably wont be using them again as I have extra hassle of returning goods that wern't marketed correctly on the site (this always gives me the chills and makes me feel like the customer isn't really at the focal point of the business).

I still haven't received one item. The personalised tie rack holder. Will this be coming or has it been overlooked? If so I would like my money refunded! Other than that I am happy with the service.
