I ordered two products. The delivery date for both were different, which is not ideal when you are purchasing from the single site. As the order has been split now the second item has not been delivered and is overdue. Missed the Birthday so not happy.

The items you ordered come directly from separate external suppliers - One item having a longer production time than the other, which is why they were showing different delivery dates. I was not impressed by the lack of order confirmation, the delay in receiving the goods ordered, missing the last day to give it as part of a wedding present, and finally the delivery person ignoring the sign about dogs and the post box at the gate, choosing to post it through the letterbox and set the dogs barking, awaking my husband who works night duty. All in all not a good service on this occasion.

The keyring wasnt anything special and overpriced for what it is. I would have sent it back if it wasnt already engraved

Ordered a den making kit for my sons birthday ... It arrived quickly but incomplete ! After calling we were informed it was out of stock !! So sadly our son didn't get his gift ...we have been told the missing part will be sent out to us ASAP ... We are still waiting !!!! :(

I ordered the valentines name a star.It arrived cheaply packed n flimsy box looked of poor quality not very good for the money just looked chap and tacky not happy with the quality the certificate was just a blandly typed like it had been just knocked up and printed quick I ordered another from a similar company much better quality better presented in a sturdy gift box wrapped nicer in heart shaped paper and the certificate was nicer worded in classy fancy writing this was also cheaper by seven pounds much more worth the money I would have felt a little embarrassed to give the other as a gift.

Arrived promptly. A bit dissapointed with the quality of the product coz the personalization was basically a printed piece of paper wrapped around the tin containing the tea. Definitely does not justify the price.

I odrderd two personalised pen boxes and a personalised lighter. One of the boxes was broke at the hinge and was dented at the top. I didn't send it back because I didn't have time to replace it because my sisters birthday was the day after I received it. I was upset so I threw it away but kept the pens for my self. Everything else was fine. I was just a little disappointed with my sisters gift. The engraving was to a good standard though.

The gift itself was okay but the length of time from placing the order to actually receiving it was far too long at almost two weeks. Won't be using this site again.

My engraves ligher was rusty inside. My jewellery box the first one didn't have the plaque attached and the second one the butterfly broke off ended up glueing the first one together myself. Beautiful products poor quality! ! Only good part is prezzybox's customer service Rachel Grey! ***** best service only reason I am moderately happy. So thank you Rachel x

I'm still waiting for the product's arrival having ordered it in plenty of time. Its estimated delivery date was between the 4th & 8th February, it is now the 10th & there is still no sign of the gift. It was ordered specifically for valentine's weekend, I will give it another couple of days to allow delivery before I raise the issue. It seems ironic to be asked for a review of a product and service prior to its arrival.

My money was taken out of my account, and when I didn't receive any updates for approx. a week, I had to contact the company myself to find the product was out of stock. Overall very unsatisfied.

Was very unimpressed with the quality and they look like a sticker has just been put on. One glass was supposed to say captain but says captin! I emailed you to change the writing in the other glass but that was never done either. Won't be using u again or recommending you to anyone and will just have throw the glasses away as they can't be given as gifts

tried to enter code given, said it was already registered. emailed to tell you this but didn't receive a reply 2 days later so telephoned, the girl on the phone seemed in such a hurry and just wanted to get rid of me.
