Items were supposed to arrive Tuesday but it was Wednesday before they got there. I ordered 2 different items but got 2 of one item and none of the 2nd item. Just a big con

items of poor quality inside the lighter plug was iron rusted and without even a good outer box (an all white card with product code) as it was to be a gift.

I bought a personalised birthday present from prezybox who outsources to a third party. Item arrived quickly and well packaged but the manufacturing quality was extremely poor. For this reason, upon my first contact with their customer services, I asked immediately to return the item and for a refund. Prezzybox ignored my request and instead ordered another one which I did not authorise. We went back and forth about it a bit until I started quoting distance selling regulations and faulty goods act... Which they did not acknowledged, but did in the end refund my money. All in all, when they responded, they were pleasant enough, but completely ignored my request which made communicating with them useless. I had a lot of hassle over a £30 item and it's sad but I'll never use them again because of it.

Parcel stated it was delivered , posted through the letter box . We were in at the time and how do you post a mug through the letter box ????

Product is fine, but i had no email confirmation of the purchase. I had to wait days to then see the money had left my account to even know if the purchase had gone through The item i bought was a gift so i had to go and purchase something else as i had no idea if this was going to arrive.

Still waiting for refund. the item was ridiculously small & I could not change the game, nor had I even heard of any of them! Basically a rip-off

I have given a grading of poor as I had ordered a gift which I was informed had a delivery date of 31st May to 2June. It arrived on the afternoon of 6th June which I don't consider to be a good service. I felt very embarrassed that my gift was so late. Luckily I'd told the person that I'd organised their gift to be delivered to their work place so that they would be expecting it so at least they knew I hadn't forgotten their birthday when it arrived so late. Had it indicated a date after 2nd June I wouldn't have ordered. This is my first purchase from Prezzy Box and unfortunately I don't think I'll buy from them again as there are other sellers selling very similar things so I'll try one of them in future.

Having tracked your order we can see that the courier attempted delivery twice and it was then delivered on the 3rd attempt. Unfortunately, we cannot see why this has happened. The 'Bar' sign I ordered was of extremely poor quality and over priced. I was shocked to find it was much smaller than the photo and made of cardboard. The lights would not stay in the allocated holes and I had to sellotape each one individually to the cardboard structure. I feel the product was a waste of money and had it not been a present I would have returned it.

Very happy with 3 out of the 4 items purchased. However have never received the 4th item, and have not received a reply to the query sent. All seems well unless something goes wrong. Not a 100% service satisfaction as advertised.

The item I ordered was a conundrum carafe for wine. It was a bottle with 2 dents in the sides. It would not take a bottle of wine as it was very small. I had to pay for postage back as goods where not damaged Would not use these again

We do offer sizing information for all of our products, in the description section of our website. Honestly, I was disappointed. The spider catcher arrived with a snapped shaft and was unusable. The box of bath bombs had clearly been shaken hard. Some of the cups were upside down (in the egg carton), and one of them had been shaken so hard it cracked. The box outside the carton was dented in one corner. Fortunately, the gift was appreciated and the bombs smelt excellent, so it wasn't all bad. It wasn't serious enough to complain about (nor worth the hassle involved to get the spider grabber replaced) but I don't think I'll be buying from you again in future.

Purchased a customised tea light candle holder, arrived with deep scratches all over the back of the product and the top being laden with water marks, looks incredibly dirty. Not impressed as it's a birthday gift. Very poor overall.

I had issues saying they couldn't accept payment, then the next day I received an email stating my goods had been dispatched???

I paid for a special delivery as I needed to post the item abroad on the Saturday. It did not arrive and was then left at a neighbouring property. I emailed the company as it was outside office hours but they have never responded and now I am being asked to write a review!
