The product itself was great, and as expected (despite the text being a little blurry and difficult to read in light). However, the delivery was poor. I was not informed of when the item had been dispatched, and I got hold of the item one week later. This may have been partly due to Royal Mail, however, little effort was made in responding to my emails.

The product arrived on time, however it did not work at all. This, along with the very expensive postage costs, made it a complete waste of money.

Tracked order waited in all week to find out that my order was sent back by Hermes. With no attempt at contacting me or even trying to deliver my goods or leaving any card to say they had tried. As it happens I requested a refund and found the exact same goods on eBay at half the price. Not prezziebox to blame but Hermes for being such a poor delivery service. Order if your not wanting your goods this side of Xmas.

Hello Dawn, We are really sorry about this. I've checked the shipping logs and Hermes are saying that the attempted delivery 3 times between the 9th and the 12th. It seems that they haven't left any cards so I'll escalate this with them. It's very frustrating. I was informed that my order had been delivered and signed for. When checking the tracking I discovered that the parcel had supposedly been delivered to me. The signature was not that of anyone from my household. Furthermore, I was asked to check with neighbours to see if they had taken the parcel in, no one had but the delivery company had not also left a card to say where they were supposed to have left it. Needless to say 4 days later I am still none the wiser as to where my order is! Awaiting a response from Prezzybox as to what the next step will be after following their advise about the neighbours.

Arrived later than promised. Also b wrong colour writing on the shores. Disappointing! But shoes are cute!

sent prezzyox an e-mail asking if the novelty socks on their site were definitely size 6-12. they sent me an e-mail, assuring me the size was correct. it wasn't. They sent me size 5-11. even though their was no problem with return and refund, I still had to go through the hassle of returning the items. I would not recommend prezzybox. they cannot get a simple order right.

My items went missing at delivery, very disappointing. I was given a quick response offering refund though and have managed to purchase all of the items I ordered (except one) from other websites.

Paid next day delivery and it did not turn up next day. Have tried to contact many times regarding getting a refund to no avail. Poor customer service.

Complained about my product which was personalised shot glass the engraving was not very good , persons name couldn't read sent them several emails which they replied twice which I sent photo . Now they not even answering back very bad not impressed at all .

Disappointed. Random blank pages left between photos. Not worth the money. If it's wasn't for the blank pages left between my photos it would have been fine. Present was for my dads 60th birthday so disappointed with the photo book as it didn't look right.

Perhaps not Prezzibox themselves but their courier is not very good - they left my parcel outside because I wasn't in to receive it at the time. It rained. Some of the items inside are ruined - in particular a book which was not sealed in any way and is now soaked through. Perhaps leave with a neighbour next time please!

Friendly customer service but took a while to answer, and I was not satisfied at how my order went through however the address was not valid as you only deliver to the UK and it didn't specify at checkout.
