I was unable to use a voucher I have as I was buying sale items however one of the items was not in the sales and more than the value of the voucher. Very disappointed ????

The overall experience of shopping online was very easy, however having the products sent to my address seems to be something of an issue. I ordered various items, one of which was delivered to my address, however despite only ordering 1 x of it, 2 were delivered instead (I don't need 2). The other items I am still waiting for. Working 10 hour shifts a day means I not home to await them, however no notice or delivery form was left for myself stating there was an attempted delivery, otherwise I could have arranged for it to be delivered a different day or delivered elsewhere. I am now waiting for the items to be delivered by Royal Mail, which means at least they will keep them at my local post office until I can collect it. Not a good experience so far, unfortunately, because the products on Prezzybox are incredible for Xmas gifts. Even though the first item came as a x 2, I would have given maybe an extra star or two if an attempted delivery notice was left for myself.

I brought a memory box and it was missing the envelopes from inside?! Not sure why. If a customer service representative could call me and arrange to post some it would be much appreciated Thank you

Parcel was never delivered. When I tracked it online it said that there was an address query but no one bothered to contact me regarding this and instead just left the parcel undelivered with no refund either.

Ordered 2 items as birthday gifts. The first arrived very promptly. The 2nd gift I am still awaiting its delivery almost 4 days past the last estimated delivery date

I cannot say that the product I ordered was value for money. The printing is extremely poor and not in line. In fact I'd say after a couple of hand washes the design would probably start to flake off. The printing is patchy. Very disappointed

I purchased a sudoku cube similar to a rubix cube. Unfortunately when it arrived the pieces are difficult to move around and keep sticking each time you shift them. Very frustrating and I'm not impressed.

I ordered a personalised mug . But was disappointed that the name and greeting was not in the same place as the online photo. I wouldn't order another.

Ordered some spa lights and 80s trivia game. Both around £6. Both were pretty poor quality and not worth the admittedly lowish price. Probably better to go to Poundland. Disappointed

I paid extra for next day delivery and I've got my order after 5working days.my order was supposed to be a birthday gift and I couldn't give becomes I didn't get on time.I waso very disappointed.

Qualified for 10% discount on two items. First item arrived and was great. Heard nothing. Contacted a week after order to chase by email. They said had advised me that 2nd item was no longer available and had sent refund. No email or refund materialised. Chased again and mentioned had checked with PayPal, also gave details of acceptable replacement instead, as feel this should have been offered. Refunded original price of 2nd item, charging full price and p&p for 1st. This equated to me paying over 25% more for the single item received. Cannot recommend, though gift received was great. Would use another agent in future and ALWAYS cover myself using PayPal if possible.

Was upset, After I made my salection, went all thought the order foam, went to a conversion link, placed order. Then placed order though Paypal. Received a email informing me you do not do international orders. And canceled my order. I really like the products you have. Not shipping internationally should be all over your web page.

The parcel was delivered very quickly - but was left in the rubbish bin with a note in the door when we were out. Sorry but I don't think that this is adequate and if it went missing - who would be liable? Real shame as there were lots of items that we would buy but this has put us off.
