I was disappointed my gift that should have arrived in 2-3 days took a week to arrive and was a lot smaller than I'd expected.

It looks poor quality for the money. The plaque with the description isn't straight and this cheapens the presentation.

I had ordered a personalized book as a Christening gift. There was no tracking information given on arrival making me panic about its arrival in time. It was late. It arrived with the incorrect cover to the story inside. I contacted your company and while the person i was dealing with was pleasant, I didn't feel it was given the appropriate amount of consideration. There was no further information provided as to how this happened, just another dispatch note saying another had been sent out. I don't feel as though the service was what I would have expected from the company and would hesitate in using them again in the future.

Got some gifts for a friends, chose the site for next day delivery and they were delivered days later. I'm okay with that as I shouldn't have left it too late but when the presents arrived the boxes were damaged.

The item I ordered were vinyl coasters advertised as a rockerbilly set I thought perfect gift for someone but when they arrived was not as advertised but had to keep them as was a gift for the following day so was disappointed

Curious that this Review E-mail has arrived just as I have written a letter of complaint to them over their subcontractor's (UStarNovels) sub-standard finishing of of the customised 'Railway Children' Book which I purchased from them. How they will deal with the complaint I'll just have to wait and see, but it shouldn't have been necessary, in the first place ... as there is a 'Quality' docket, signed by an employee, which came with the book. That process should have caught the problem before it was dispatched! If they had done their job properly, then I would not have had to photograph the book and write a letter and they would have a happy customer. Let's see how they deal with this unfortunate situation!

Unfortunately I have not received my ordered gift in time for my nieces birthday today. Although this was within original times quoted I had called due to problems with the online order & was told it would get pushed through to arrive fri, sat latest. I have not received any further contact since my call, until this request for a review!

I have had major problems with my order. The site was fine, the order processed very quickly, but when the package was delivered it was very flimsily packed and both the boxes inside were crushed to the point of being useless as gifts. I immediately contacted the company and filled in the returns form. It has a facility for sending a single photo / file so I took a picture and explained what had happened. The response was very quick and a replacement was sent. This time the flimsy packing was supplemented with some air-filled pouches and one of the items was fine. The other again had damaged packaging making it unsuitable as a present. I am currently waiting for the second replacement to be sent. Despite the actions taken to remedy the situation I cannot say that the experience has been a satisfactory one and I would not consider buying from the site again.

Not happy with the service I received at all. I requested (as soon as my order was placed) for the invoice NOT to be included as the items were gifts (they emailed back to say that it would not be included), and 6 days on.... when the gifts arrived... guess what? It was included! Got a very weak apology from them, so will definitely not be ordering again.

Although the bottle that the scroll came in was OK the box was very tacky and poorly presented obviously leaving me very disappointed. Without being too harsh i would not recommend this to anyone wanting to buy something for a special occasion as i believe with the correct creative skills you could do better yourself. However the writing on the scroll is very neat and sophisticated but the paper is cheap and tacky and holds no sentimental look. Personally this product is not to my liking, however i understand that every person is different.

The label on the bottle was given in a different order to that inputted online but too late to ask for another 1 correctly labelled.
