I ordered the personalised mugs and was very disappointed with how they come packaged. No gift box just white polystyrene unable to give as a wedding present without buying a box and packaging. Won't be ordering again.

The website looked good. I tried to order a personalised Christmas bauble and was unable to proceed to checkout. I then rang and was told that if I used anything other than letters of the alphabet (I'd used a !) then it wouldn't be accepted. It didn't say that on the webpage. I ordered this eventually, I think, on Friday July 10th - I thought the delivery date was the 16th. It is now the 24th and the bauble still hasn't arrived which is irritating as I wanted it as a gift. I will have to ring again. Disappointing as the product looks good.

Poorly made with a chip out if one of the frames, that had been painted over so not done during postage. Plastic instead of glass, that wasn't even cut to size. I returned the item to receive a refund.

When submitting my order I was advised I would get my order within a 4 day period. I did not get the order then. I had to email the company who advised me some stock was not in stock which was no good as how long would I have to wait for this. I have recieved some stock but I am still outstanding some stuff and I have not been advised when that will come.

Item did not arrive as described. I ordered a decorated chocolate pizza and the presentation of it was less than satisfactory. The pizza was only decorated on one side with chocolate shavings, a whole section had been missed out. There were hardly any fudge pieces also! The item was not as described in the description box or image. Bitterly disappointed and won't be ordering from this website again.

I ordered two of these after seeing similar ones somewhere else. However these maracas don't always light up when you shake them and sometimes only light up if you hit them against something so they are not great! When they do light up they look good. Also I wasn't given a colour option when I ordered which would have been nice. So I ended up with a red and green one. I prefer the green one to the red one.

the delivery was problematic meaning my father had to work hard reorganising the delivery multiple times before it was finally delivered wasting much of his time. he has asked me not to buy him presents this way again and I don't intend to

Ordered three items as presents one item was disgusting with a horrible smell of mould another came apart within 1 minute of opening. Clearly I will never purchase from the site again.

Received one item very quickly but we are still waiting on man mug that my son ordered for Fathers day!! Obviously he was very disappointed as we still don't have it. Don't even know if we will get it have heard nothing!!!!! Please reply ASAP Mrs Annette Ingleheart

It does what it says. No complaints there. But the person who delivered my parcel was scared of dogs. She came to my door, my small dog srated barking like he always does. And she instantly ran away. So she didn't even gove me my parcel. The SAME THING happened the next day. I was so annoyed. Of course she wouldn't know what my dog is like, but i buy many parcels from different places and nobody has ever ran away...

Although there are plenty of quirky and useful options on the Prezzybox website, the after-sales service has let them down. As you may expect when one service provider relies on another supplier to deliver on their brand promise, the experience of getting the goods delivered when I was informed (on the order confirmation) that they would be was less than acceptable. I had been informed 2-3 days for delivery. Here I am 5 days later and the item has still not been delivered to the intended recipient - my Father.

Very prompt service. Definately NOT value for money. Disappointed with the products recieved. If I'd have been in a shop I wouldn't have given them a second glance.
