“Choice of gifts is good. However, there are a couple of reasons for my rating. Although I was given a three day delivery window, my order still arrived two days late. These were birthday gifts; I ordered many things from many different retailers at the same time and this was the only one not to be able to stick to the given delivery window. Also, given the state the order arrived in (ripped boxes, squashed boxes - I can only hope the contents aren't damaged), perhaps my order was used as a football for a while, hence the late delivery. Like I said, good choice of gifts and knick-knacky items, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Not pleased with the service nor the quality of the packaging.”
