“Ordered 8th August with expected arrival date of 13th in time for my Grandson’s birthday. Order never arrived so I sent email of enquiry. Only then was I advised that company did not deliver to Northern Ireland. My personal experience as a first time customer with PrezxyBox was not good with very bad customer service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend”

“The quality is really good and the photos on the blanket have been printed well but it has to be said this is an extremely small blanket and they don't really advertise how big the sizing is.”

“Very poor - the description of the item (tiny vacuum cleaner) is obfuscated whilst not being actually wrong. The description details the device is rechargeable with the usb cable 'supplied' - what it doesn't say is that the usb cable is actually attached and bigger than the vacuum. There is a picture that shows it but it is far from prominent. I would have returned it but their list of exclusions in the full wording of the returns policy shows how much effort they've put into wriggling out of it. Never again!”
