They sent out a printer drum replacement for me. The item arrived on time. HOWEVER, if like me the item is incorrect and does not fit, this is not the company that cares!!! After 3 x messages (as you can get them on the phone, every conatct is via email), the response never arrived. Not even "we are looking into this for you". Just plain NOTHING. Might as well just have an auto reply message which reads "we can't be bothered to reply" at least that woul dbe something. I think I will stick to the company I used before Cartridge Monkey.

The printer does not recognise the cartridges and the blue one was delivered leaking . Not happy at all . Could I have a refund please.

having purchased these E502-XL cartridges in good faith i was buying a quality product, but after installing them it was brought to my attention (1) the cartridges were only 50% filled with ink,(hence the price comparison to the Epson E502XL recommended cartridges), and (2) the chipset on the cartridges, does not have the correct compatibility for my Epson XP-5105 printer either! so i have 1x unit saying it registers and 3 x 50% filled others that the printer does not recognise. i am very disappointed after being sold the item under the premise that it was legitimate. please contact printer ink

Ordered a multipack and only received 3 out of 4 ink cartridges. I have emailed regarding this issue twice with no correspondence or acknowledgement from Printer Ink Direct. There is no telephone number to confirm or arrange a delivery for the missing magenta ink cartridge. The only advantage was the fast delivery time.

Inks arrived on time as usual but I misread ad so misordered previous order when I asked if could return the unopened boxes and pay difference on several occasions the response was dreadful. Such a shame to spoil a good relationship

They did not send the product out and ignored my emails, I had to request a refund through PayPal.

Whilst the delivery was quick, unfortunately the wrong item was sent. Easy enough mistake...and not usually worthy of a one star review. It is when there's no easy to find phone number (I gave up looking) and no e-mails are answered or even acknowledged. I ended up going to PayPal to claim back the money spent on the order and went to Amazon. I understand mistakes are made, but at the very least respond to communications from your customers.

I ordered 2 cartridges a week ago and was told they had been posted first class. I have previously chased these and not heard anything back. I have also still not received the cartridges so I have had to re-purchase these from a different supplier as I cannot wait any longer.
