When they arrived I was mortified that they didn’t turn out how I expected so I rang the customer services and was pleasantly surprised how they were so friendly, put me to ease calmed my fears and helped to put things tight. “The printed albums were great but I had issues with vouchers and delivery costs. It took several emails to elicit a response. (I was fed up with hanging on the line listening to the recorded message about representatives being busy dealing with other customers "with their passion for photos".)
Eventually, I made contact with Debra Vincenzo who sorted everything out in a polite and professional manner. Without her, I would never consider using Printerpix again. The company needs to brush up its customer service skills big time! I think that Debra should be in charge of that!”
