“Printerpix customer service as a whole may be a bunch of clowns, but I spoke to Angelina today on customer service, and she sorted out an order error that her colleagues had been failing to fix for two months.

They are a total rip off, i.e. if you buy offers from Groupon, they then make up any difference with extortianate postage and packing and this may still not be too bad, but they give you the worst delivery speed with no tracking!!
And that's if the item turns up and you have to take there word for it that it's been made and sent!
I ordered a blanket in November, paid for it in real time, including the extortianate P&P and to date have still not received it. I've chased it endlessly, I've used the very expensive call line, sent loads of emails and received a poor reply every so often, i.e. c1 reply a month
This company wants your money and that's it. It has no pride and just doesn't care. All the negative reviews tell you this and I wish I had read them before I ordered and paid for the blanket in good faith.
