“Angelina was prompt and courteous in helping me understand why my program would not check out. Firefox is not compatible with Printerpix system evidently. Wish that info was available before I spent so many days and hours and nights filling a 40-page order.
Angelina did extend my deadline (after missing so many weeks with your Two-Owl notification of your company virus delays).
Now I should download Chrome and start over. Of course I am not happy, but if this is the best we can do, I'll consider it. That said, Angelina did an efficient and courteous job in responding to my frustration. She did her job well!”

They are a total rip off, i.e. if you buy offers from Groupon, they then make up any difference with extortianate postage and packing and this may still not be too bad, but they give you the worst delivery speed with no tracking!!
And that's if the item turns up and you have to take there word for it that it's been made and sent!
I ordered a blanket in November, paid for it in real time, including the extortianate P&P and to date have still not received it. I've chased it endlessly, I've used the very expensive call line, sent loads of emails and received a poor reply every so often, i.e. c1 reply a month
This company wants your money and that's it. It has no pride and just doesn't care. All the negative reviews tell you this and I wish I had read them before I ordered and paid for the blanket in good faith.
