“IBAC have been solely dealing with Rachelle Ferguson, and I cannot speak more highly of her. She is very knowledgeable in relation to the products and merchandise and goes above and beyond to ensure the orders we have made are correct. She is also very patient with our organisation when it comes to approvals of proofs and any changes that are required. We will continue to engage with her as we know that she has consistently provided us with excellent service. Thank you very much.”

We had a small time frame and he went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. “This is the second time we have used Promotion Products for a project. Euan was so helpful the first time and made everything so easy we knew it would be the same again. We had another short turnaround time but it was no problem for Euan. Everything went to plan and we received everything we requested in the timeframe we asked for. “I was dealing with Henrique (Riki) Kuhlmann regarding a recent company purchase. Riki was easy to deal with, polite, not at all pushy - yet recommended products that he thought could be useful based on our needs and event. Very impressed with a tree being planted with every order and company discounts are a great incentive.
