Was at my local store in Coconut Creek and Lyons Road, this morning to get some empanadas just like in other days. but today a young woman that appeared to be the assistant manager when asked by an employee about it ignored me and after four minutes of waiting said sorry, they won't be ready for a half hour”

Deli wait was very long. Not the first time. The deli employee did not speak even when prompted. Cashier was rude and unhelpful. Manager was uncaring and robotic. Prices go up and service goes down.”
“What is going on in the deli departments at the Publix stores in Tallahassee. All deli staff are rude. Either they stand there and talk to each other before wanting to wait on you or they will look at you and walk away. There is always a lot of staff working behind the counter but a lot of them don’t want to help you. Very bad personality. If they don’t like their job, quit. All of the deli managers should be fired .Then when you check out at the register the cashier is more focused on having a Conversation with the bagger then with you, like you are not even there. I have shopped Publix all of my life and it is sad to see them get just like Walmart. Publix used to put the customer first, but not anymore. This will be another company that will go out of business because they just don’t care anymore about the people that has made them what they are. “Publix was known for good customer service. Not anymore at least not in Sebastian river walk ( roseland Rd) I was doing self checkout and noticed the wine rang up twice. When I asked the employee to look at it she said yes but it’s your fault you did this but I will fix it. So unnecessary I was blaming the store. “For some time, the quality of the deli and bakery departments has gone downhill. Now, it has gotten worse. For over a month (or longer), all Publix stores in Tallahassee have not had their famed Apple Fritters available. Whenever I go to the bakery and ask for them, I am told they are unavailable, and the employees have no answer why. They are in the dark. Apparently, Publix has discontinued their delicious Apple Fritters. Instead, they have tried substituting with another product they call "apple fritters," but they are tough and horrible tasting. They're just a cheap imitation. Apple Fritters are not supposed to be tough! Why, Publix, have you discontinued your best-Nealselling and best-tasting bakery product?”

“Right this moment I would give a zero if it was there. This morning at the Bradenton Commons Publix. I had something happen that I was shocked and actually embarrassed the heck out of me. In produce I picked up a container of mixed fruit. I dropped it, the fruit had fell into the bottom shelf. I had picked up as much as I could, put it in the container, sat it back on the shelf. Less than 10 feet from me is a Publix Produce guy (Jose). He waited until I started to walk away and then proceeded to outloud ask me if I planned on just leaving that. I ask if he wanted me to put it in my pocket or something. So the altercation is partly my fault. I picked up all that I could get to and got a " come on man" from Jose and he took the container into the back room. Guess I should of done that.
Its not much at all to Publix I know. However due to Jose polished customer service. I will not spend another penny with this company.”
“Went into the Publix in port charlotte florida on tamiami trail for the cheese tasting today at 11 and guess what nothing was set up even at 12 for this event. Guy there said he didn’t have tine tone to do it. When I asked the meat manager about it he said that’s not my department. Service at Wynn Dixie a lot better.”
“I was one of the 11 victims whose cars got windows smashed in, and even though I was on the clock working. Somehow, it is not publix's responsibility, so there will be no restitution for the recent breakings in their parking lot. That's pretty sad when i'm part owner. But I have no say.”
“Horrible corporate decision to only accept UnitedHealthcare food payments thru their app on phone instead of barcode on physical card as previously. What if there's no internet service in your store or I forgot my phone in my car? According to UnitedHealthcare you're the only store that implemented this idiotic change.”

I noticed that was a new sticker on the top of original sticker , I pulled oh! Was a due date for next day and price was the usual.
