“I found the communication very good, being warned about a delay in receiving my order, but it arrived on time and well packaged. I enjoyed the chocolate. I think that some customers are expecting it to have the same taste and texture as the leading brand. Well, it won't. It also doesn't contain all the sugar that the leading brand does, especially as that brand has gradually increased the amount of sugar and made their bars smaller over the years! I agree, the texture could be smoother and it should melt in your mouth (i couldn't get it to do that) but as a healthier, more ethical alternative, it's good. If the price was lowered, it would be even better. There's nothing like it on the market. Disappointed that I haven't been able to try the coffee flavour yet though. Have ordered again. P. S. I didn't taste any saccharine.”

“Chocolate is nice and I support the movement heavenly are trying to start. This chocolate is very nice to eat and has very little sugar. My kids enjoy it and with more people supporting it the price will come down. Great communication from the owners also!”

“I was looking forward to my order after some weeks wait. I have to praise customer service as fully informed throughout the wait and appreciate the problems of start up However my salted caramel bar looked very powdery and not fresh. Would prefer my fruit, nuts etc to be within the chocolate not on the surface. I do like the Orange however and will try others.”

“I left a previous review on these chocolate bars which was less than favourable. The owner of the business contacted me to say that there had been a problem with some of the orders which had deteriorated after they'd left the factory and he sent me a replacement for my original order. I now feel able to give a more balanced view of the product. It's a nice alternative to chocolate with the additional aspect of a free- from product which will appeal to many of us who have trouble with dairy etc. I have given this review four stars as a caution to those who are used to eating normal chocolate bars and who just wish to have a healthier alternative as this product will take some getting used to to taste buds who are used to a richer form. However I believe it's a good alternative with plenty of health benefits. I would also like to point out after after some teething problems the owner has been quick to rectify matters and I am more than satisfied with the way he's handled my order.”

“Yes the delivery took a while but the customer service was excellent. For dairy intolerant people and with only 2% sugar it tastes great. Mint is good. Would like some minty chips in it if possible in future 😁”

“Order some of the chocolate a week after the product was shown on dragons den. A week later I received an email there a significant delay to my order due to the company taking 7 months of orders in 7 days. I think reading that my expectations of I might have to wait, I am fine. I have been informed, this is a small start up and I understand the effort large companies go in order to keep us customers happy. Therefore, my expectations were met. Received my order before December so I decided to take the chocolate to work so my colleagues to try as well. It’s Christmas. Most of my colleagues loved it; they loved lack of sweetness to the chocolate which was made with only 2% sugar, Compared to Cadbury’s of 56% sugar. After trying the chocolate and getting used to the taste, which takes time, I will not lie I am used to Cadbury high sugar bar after all these years. Going back eat Cadbury’s you can taste the sweetness. A few have ordered a couple of bars for their family to try. Overall, I would say it is a positive.”

“We like many other placed an order however we bought one of each from the whole range to try, it certainly is an acquired taste as it's more like dark chocolate being low sugar but having found our favourites a second order has been placed. As stated we have loved more than half of what we have tried silk, orange, salted caramel so a second order has gone in to stock up. The price is a little steep won't lie but happy to support start ups if the product is right.”

“Was very impressed with Stephen on dragons den and placed an order straight away. Slight hiccup with the order but I guess they were overwhelmed after the TV appearance. Choc arrived and it tastes great. Kids love it. Best of luck to this new business.”

“Placed order for Advent calendars, and received a few weeks later with no problem at all with order. My kids eat them daily, if they didn’t like it them they wouldn’t eat them so must be a thumbs up from the kids👍”
