“Your oil is so rich and thick but blends easily into my skin. The scent is absolutely beautiful. The face cream equally lovely in texture. I think I should have chosen one for dry skin, (my mistake) but it still has performed well . My skin looks smooth and nourished. Your prices are very competitive, and even more so when customers can send their empty container back for refilling. What a clever idea! My previous supplier has increased their prices plus still charging postage no matter how much you spend. I queried this and they didn't even have the curtesy to reply. Which I found very disappointing, having been loyal to them for many years! So Pure Lakes you have now got yourselves a new and very happy customer 😊”

“I first used your products in a guest house in Carlisle after completing the Hadrians wall walk the room used your products and it gave me chance to try them I was so impressed that I ordered the shower gel and body lotion when I returned home I intend to add to them in the future”

“Fabulous products that I’ve been purchasing for a number of years online. I finally got to visit for one of the workshop experience days on a recent holiday and met Claire and the team -such lovely people. A wonderful day out, I learnt so much about blending fragrances. Highly recommend if you’re local or on a visit.”

“We stay at the Belle Green in Near Sawrey when visiting the Lakes and they supply Pure Lakes sower gel and shampoo/conditioner, which we find amazing. I ordered the shower gel and shampoo for home use. The products are fantastic and smell amazing and remind me of the Lakes every time I use them. Give them a go , you won’t be disappointed.”

“I live in Ireland and wasn't sure how easy it would be to purchase reed diffusers from Pure Lakes however they were incredibly helpful, sorted the whole thing out immediately, the goods came super quick AND they reimbursed me for all customs duty! They are a fantastic company and everything smells delicious. I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to everyone!”

“I like your products very much, especially the Muscle & Joint Balm. My old mother is equally amazed how it helps to "silent" her restless legs. I also want to emphasise your great customer support. I had some problems in Germany with the tax issue due to poor communication of the delivery service. Jenny was very understanding and helpful despite I made some troubel for you with neglecting a tax service which I was told from DPD Customer Service Germany is a phishing mail (which I finally learned isn't true). I bought my first products of Pure Lakes directly in Lake District. Unfortunaltey I have no longer any business trips to Windermere but I still buy online time and again :-) Thanks”
