Very happy with the parking. Everything easy and straightforward. Good bus service as well.

Poor signage to the actual car park and on arrival at car park the barrier was broken and in an upright position so no security and when we returned a week later, it was still the same no security and barrier still in an upright position no staff seen on site on either visits

We arrived at Exeter Airport well within time for our Flight, early in the morning. We spent 15 minutes trying to find a sign for Purple Parking but nothing was visible, I parked in car park 3 and went into the airport to see if anyone knew of Purple Parking. After 20 minutes 1 staff member pointed us to Fly Park which still showed no signage to say it was Purple Parking. It cost us 25 pounds to get out of car park 3. We spent a week on holiday worrying whether we had parked in the right place. Parking was uneventfull , it would be made more pleasurable if the car park showed some signs showing where we thought we were going to be Parking. This was very disappointing and a very poor start for our holiday .

Fantastic service. Great value for money, too. Drop off was so easy. Someone was there to take the car keys off us and we got straight on the bus. Short drive to the terminal, dropped off in convenient location. Coming home was just as smooth. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fastest service from terminal to car ever Due to roadworks finding Copthall was bewildering but got there. We will be using next time definitely

Excellent ,straight forward ,yes 5 stars .only problem is with airport I'm disabled and wife has a pacemaker so can't walk to far ,the long stay car park is only 7 minutes to airport so no need for transport ,I dropped my wife at walkway minute at most ,then I went to find car park slot .upon my return I have a fine of £100 for parking not stopping at end of walkway ,I'm going to appeal ,but your good service was spoilt by greedy airport ,I will always use PURPLE PARKING

All went very well and it was all very easy. We arrived back a a bit late but there were no questions asked or extra money demanded. Will continue to use.
