Not sure why my cat was changed from Eco mode to Sport. The service I paid for was for a driver to drive my car to a compound not for them to test drive and abuse it!!

Long Stay, hassle free. Kept keys. Few minutes for Bus both departing and arriving! Price could be cheaper, £59 for 4days! All good!

Parking is safe The down side after being on plane for 14 hours you get picked up at terminal 2 and have to go round all the other terminals before heading back Should have bus service for terminal 2-3 and another for terminal 5

The car was checking by camera on entering but on exit the barrier was up and the cameras did not scan the car for damage. On getting home I found a fresh new door ding on the passenger side that wasn't the there before. I can't prove they did it it I know I didn't. Shame their cameras were off that day.

Ease of booking, easy to get to and very organised from drop-off to collection. Bus drivers and desk staff all very lovely and efficient. Everything is made as simple as possible. Always my “go-to” car park for ease of use, making whole travel experience so smooth. Thank you!

Good directions given to get to the car park, there was plenty of spaces and the shuttle bus was very convenient with quite a few bus stops in the car park.

Found it incredibly hard to find/ understand where I was supposed to park. Although it stated NCP ,upon seeing charges at the car park and no mention of purple. We got lost couldn’t find a phone number. Eventually we got through and was guided to the car park . Would I use purple again yes we would but double check before hand where the car park was.

Parking booking dates were incorrectly passed through to the outsourced Maple Parking so when I arrived back for meet and greet parking, Maple thought I had another week of parking before my return business trip. I only paid for 3 days and they thought I was away for 10 days. So my car took over an hour to appear at my meet and greet. Bad experience.

My return flight was on time. I called the number to say that I had cleared customs. There was no answer. I called 7 times as I made my way to the pick up desk. I was told that they were only dealing with drop offs. They suggested I went to the website and send an email. Eventually they were able to contact a driver to fetch my car. When it eventually arrived. I still could not get through to the designated number. Neither could the driver. There was a delay of over an hour. I said an apology would be nice. Instead of just saying sorry for the awful service I was advised to contact Purple Parking for an apology. Awful awful experience.
