They fulfilled their agreement to get me to my terminal on time & collected me promptly. They also looked after my car.

We have been using Purple Parking for a little while now and we are very pleased with the service. It all moves along seamlessly. We arrive, get checked in, board the bus which gets us to the airport in plenty of time. When we arrive back, again very easy in fact recently we arrived back in England 7.30am and we had got through the airport, collected the car and was back on the road home at 8.15am. We have used a couple of different car parks and we do have to be careful we make our way to the right one but if we don't that is on us not Purple Parking. I would and do recommend it.

It is difficult to get anything wrong with a product that requires so little by way of a service. Please stop calling this a “Meet and Greet” service it is nothing of the sort. It is a basic drop and go function with no frills attached.

Short wait for the transfer both ways. 15min journey to and from airport in the long stay. Will use again.

Booked through them for Newcastle official long stay parking. No issues, keys stayed with us which is how I always want it to be. Clear directions. Added extra premium drop off for few quids and it was worth it.

We followed Maple valet parking Birmingham airport to the letter, on arrival absolute chaos with lots of customers waiting for attendant to take car keys and give a receipt. On return our flight was delayed by an hour, as instructed by Maple parking we phoned them once we had picked up our luggage. We made our way to the valet parking area looking for our car to be told it hadn’t been returned, luckily it wasn’t raining as there was no shelter.

The parking itself was fine at Liverpool , did what they said they would. The check in was simple and the gentleman took my keys no issues. When I collected my car a different gentleman addressed me as mate and I had no idea who he was talking to as there was a qué of people. He then decided to tell me off for leaving my house keys on the keys ( fyi they were not my house keys ) and said I should have read the information on the front desk that nobody mentioned when I checked in. Nor could I see said information as there was paperwork everywhere. He also seemed to have a go another customer for the time of collection changing .it was 3am I'm in pain on crutches the last thing I need is you having a go. If you hate you're job that much get a new one. There is no need for the attitude
