Arrived at the parking location which was next to my hotel, easy to read signage on parking up. Customers service team were swift in explaining the instructions for the bus and taking receipt of my car key. I explained I was staying next door and coming back for the shuttle the next morning and this was no issue at all. The bus was prompt and on time going to the Terminal. The return was seamless and quick service at the desk for giving keys back and instructions on vehicle location. All in all a very fluid operation and good value for money. I will definitely use this company again when flying from London Heathrow

I was delayed by 6H as my flight was diverted to East Midlands Airport, adding a 3H coach journey to a sleepless night. When I collected the car at 5:30, I was welcome by being asked to pay an extra £20 for the pleasure of being late. No sympathy. This is pure profit, the car did not have to be moved, it was still parked in the same spot, and no extra costs were incurred. I was still parked within the number of 24H slots I paid for. I fully accept a charge if I take a later flight, or take another day of a parking place. Very poor customer care, just a money making business.

The price was OK, instructions for leaving the car and collecting it are accurate. No problems at all.

Booked the hotel with parking. Was easy to find and book in. Also catching the bus to the airport was very straight forward. On return the collection of my van was quick and easy

Quick service at reception both going and coming back from airport. Wait for return at North Terminal was too long and bus returning was crowded with many people standing.

Whole process, from booking on line, dropping car off, transferring to T3 and doing same thing in reverse on our return was every smooth and trouble free. Would highly recommend.

Great service as usual. Knocked a star off as was a bit annoyed to have to pay £20 to return to a different terminal. This is a new charge and I’d understand it if the car was staying at the departure terminal but as it’s taken off site this seemed a crafty way to get extra cash from you.

I have been using Purple Parking for last 3 years, in multiple London based airports. They provided very good service. Not giving 5 stars, is mostly because they don't clearly explain how to navigate to the meet and greet location for all the airports. For example for Luton Airport they can clearly say we are on Car Park 1, level 3 which would be much easier to navigate for me. Otherwise, never had a problem with dropping off the car and getting the car back on time.

Apart from a slight problem parking when dropping car off(prob a busy hour) everything went really smoothly, car was there and ready to pick up, no waiting around, will definitly use Purple Parking again.
