When we arrived the barrier didn't open as car wasn't recognised despite having booking confirmation. Had to buzz through and explain we had a booking and they let us through. Upon return the barrier wouldn't open again and the display showed we had an outstanding amount of £111.00. Again we had to buzz through for help. They did let us out but I don't understand why this happened

The website crashed causing the dates to be wrong, booked and paid for the wrong dates due to the website glitching… had to rebook and pay again for the same car…. Terrible will not use again

Amazing! Can't recommend enough. My flight was delayed but i didn't have to pay extra, the staff was very understanding and let me go without charging me extra. Thank you ☺️

Read a few reviews saying dont park in there but..................... I thought I would give it a try. Booked online was easy to do booked for 3 days cost around £37. Drove straight in to the little office a guy comes out ans guides u down the road then another man tells u to find a spot i was lucky to get one two away from the end so when coming back was easy to find car (especially id uts dark as not light well) mini buses take u to and from airport and they come every 5 mins so if u cant get on one u can the next. Remember to take domw ur bay number or bus stop its easier that way to find ur car
