Pretty poor service and terrible signage and instructions on how to find the right place to meet and great at T4, had to drive through the drop off zone twice and then stop and call for directions, for which I have now received a ticket for, nobody at the check in desk when I eventually got there. Pretty poor experience really.

Arrival: Easy access, clear instructions, friendly staff, comfortable bus rides. Return: Clear instructions for bus access, car easily accessible, friendly staff again, smooth exit, and thankful for the small card given to me for ID as my phone battery was flat.

PLEASE do not reverse park my car in to the bay. I need to load luggage in to my vehicle and therefore require access to the boot.

We dropped our car off with no problem, very happy with that but upon our return, 4 days later, we had to wait 30 minutes for our pick up along with one other couple. After calling the office to find out where our bus was we were advised that our bus would be along any minute?

Had to fly home early due to family member passing away suddenly. The staff at meet & greet Newcastle were very helpful & professionals at all times. Drove my car round to me & helped with my luggage. Always a pleasure to park there

Office staff were great, however on return my car had been parked & recorded in the wrong location. Had to walk around in the freezing cold at midnight, trying to find where my car was as the person who returned it to the meet & greet area had written the wrong location. Wife & young child were not amused!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were little late and had a flat tyre upon arrival, staff come and helped us straight away. Definitely recommended

This review is about the Silver Zone Parking at Bristol Airport. They lost our car and had to spend time finding it as the person putting the car into a spot had failed to fill in the parking space. It was found eventually but a PITA waiting for them to find it. Purple Parking acted as the booking agent - but the review is about Silver Zone Parking at Bristol Airport

when I entered my email the site gave me my reg because I have used them before. I made my booking quickly as I was confident with them. However when I got to the carpark I was charged an extra £25 per day because I have a small van and in the words of one of the guys behind the counter ''just charge it to the job'' Sadly will not be using them again
