Good location next to the Premier Inn. Provision of bus connection to Heathrow Airport which is located nearby.

Simple to book and use, only downside was that it was impossible to contact Airparks on the Sunday evening to advise of flight change. No answer on phones and no alternative contact available. If you offer 24hr service make sure it includes customer service.

We had to wait 45 minutes for the transfer bus when we returned and almost wasn’t able to get on as the bus was full. Felt too long as Maple Parking (another company) had three transfer buses during that time.

Great price every thing is as it says trouble free parking. Highly recommended. Warning take a photo of your parking zone and car you may need your memory jogging when you return

I always use Purple Parking where I can. I find the purple shuttle buses great as they are easy to spot which saves any confusion. Quick and easy check in and out, reliable service with a smile.

Positives: customer service inside, ease of dropping key off, picking up very good, including booking online - excellent. Negatives: on arrival, made slight mistake of taking wrong turn to entrance on arrival at 430am, was greeted by staff car with violent horn, I apologised, but they continued to sound off horn. Staff, more than anyone, should understand that mistakes can be made, perhaps not speeding on the inside of the van in a hurry to get to work, would have eased the situation. On pick up, the van was Parked at rear of car park out of the way, which is good tbh, because of the size of the vans/campervans etc, however they were parked in tight front wards, which made reversing out with other large vehicles around you, a big nightmare. There is loads of room at the rear of car park, ensuring the driver only has to drive frwd out of the parking spot, is a small change, but makes a massive difference.

Upon arrival I had to wait 15mins for my car to arrive. Therefore I feel the “meet and greet” service I had paid for wasn’t provided. I was told that as I had not call upon arrival to inform them I had landed. I now had to wait for them to bring my car to the car park. However, when I dropped my vehicle off, I was asked to provide my return flight details, so my return flight could be tracked. So I don’t understand why I have provided this info if Purple Parking staff don’t actually track the return flight - you would think that it would be tracked so you can ensure returning customers vehicles are waiting for them. I with the time it took to get my vehicle. I could have got a much cheaper parking solution outside of the airport. That required a bus journey and I believe I would have got my car back within a similar time frame. Therefore, I feel as if I have wasted money using your service.

The car park was easy to find however the barrier did not operate ,until I pressed the call button ,the problem was then solved by a polite operator ,and we were able to enter. The escape lounge opened on time 4 am ,but we were told on entry there was no hot food ,we were offered the choice whether or not to come in or to receive a refund .As we were there we decided to go and sit down ,the staff were fantastic ,but the lack of hot food was disappointing.

Straightforward entry and exit at Newcastle Airport. Wish loyalty to Purple Parking was rewarded with bigger discounts over time...never get anywhere the headline percentages offered!

Number plate recognition not working at Jet Parks 3 Manchester. It took 20 minutes to gain entry as no one was answering the call button and no one could get in or out. Eventually got in and was given a coin through the machine for exit. Unfortunately on the return none of the cars in front had the coin and so we were stuck behind them.

Everything went very well from start to finish on arrival we drove up to the barriers and up it went and on the way out the same again.
