As a new Blue Badge holder, this parking system was great. The staff were very helpful and the Office location was very near the Stansted Terminal entrance.

Very efficient check-in and pick-up. The only criticism is that whoever move my car after check-in must be very short in terms of height - AND FAILED TO RETURN THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION. I COULDN'T GET IN!!!! I had occasion to amend my details after initial booking (change of vehicle) and this was very easily expedited.

Purple Parking were brilliant. We had a slow puncture on the M4 heading to Heathrow Terminal 5. We had to keep stopping to pump it up. When we arrived at Heathrow Valet parking we explained the situation to the man in charge and he said not to worry. He gave us a card with Purple Parking telephone number on it and we managed to find a mobile tyre company who liaised with Purple Parking to sort out the tyre before we got home. The car was fixed and waiting for us when we returned. Full marks to Purple Parking for helping us out at a stressful time.

Friendly helpful staff. Easy smooth check in. Shuttle ride turned up without hardly wait and my car was easy to find on my return. Location is good and easy. I would def use this company again .. very efficient and spot on

Arranged for the M&G at Manchester Airport. On arrival unfortunately the access barriers were broken, we were directed to an alternative airport parking at Terminal 2. All went relatively smoothly from there. If I’m honest it was an upgrade and what we had originally paid for.

Never got to use the parking due to cancelled flight, contacted actual company proving parking who said contact you , which I did and heard nothing back. Will only use company direct in future.

As we were denied being able to fly due to passport validity we had to return immediately to the car park and go home. The driver of the return transfer was sympathetic and hoped we'd be able to rearrange with a credit note. The staff at the car park were helpful and we soon had our car back. But once home and trying to reorganise parking for a new departure date there was no refund or credit voucher and we had to cancel the booking and rebook for new dates even though the return date was going to be the same. Disappointing.

It is always convenient to be able to pick up our car at level 4 T2 but yet again we had a longer wait than we are used to, we phoned immediately our bags arrived and made our way quite slowly to level 4 and we’re challenged aggressively - had we phoned to let them know we were on our way, the wait was around 20 mins and I don’t think the guys have truly appreciated that many of us can see where our cars are on a App….. why can’t they have our car ready to go as was the previous service - I pay a premium- maybe next time just pay to park at the terminal?

Very easy to find. Clearly signposted. Easy check in. Bus was waiting to take us immediately. Bus nice and clean. Collection point right outside the exit and the bus was waiting. The driver knew our flight so we weren't waiting in the rain. Very polite and helpful driver. He had our keys and explained where the care as. Great customer experience all round. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonably priced as well. 5 stars 🤩

Excellent trouble free experience. Overnight stay at Radisson Blu, Heathrow with 2 weeks parking in the hotel car park at a decent price.
