everthing went ok- apart from barrier not lifting for anyone exiting the car park on the 11th January early hours not your fault guess there was a problem due to weather conditions. Would chose again - but prefer jet 2 car park, less walking .

Rang as advised, then took 35 minutes before the car arrived. Customer service was terrible, what is the point of giving flight details if the car is not ready on arrival. Will not be booking again through purple parking.

Apart from being charged twice as before I authorised payment decided to change my exit time incase of flight delay and thought it wouldn't effect to original price, which it didn't for some reason the payment still went through. They dealt with the situation and refunded the payment and everything else went according to plan

Easy to use. No problem parking and on return easy. Was a bit unsure long stay car park as nothing to say it was for Purple Parking

From the booking , to check in and check out great service from the team and great price. Easy to book and always with great price, easy website to use, very good confirmation of the booking. Check in very easy with the staff very welcoming and know what they are doing. Check out always easy, the car is always near the exit . great price, great service.

Prebooked MBW at Heathrow T2. On arriving handed car park entry ticket to MBW rep who immediately handed it back to me and insisted I must pay at the machine - that was £7.50. He was adamant and insisted he would not accept the ticket unless I paid at the machine. First time ever this has happened and Ive used this service many times in the past few years. The Ts & Cs say to hand keys and park entry ticket to rep. No mention of an extra charge which is already included in the overall cost. So either sharp practice by MBW or their rep has found a way to pocket £7.50 from every customer. I dont think this is legal and indeed is theft. Reported issue on return as no time while heading to an early flight so now have to wait up to 21 days for response. Then on return phoned number provided as soon as bags collected as per instructions from MBW. Went to pick up point some 10 mins later and then had to stand in freezing temperatures for 20 mins. No one on MBW desk. Are these people understaffed or just dont give a stiff about customer service. They used to provide great service - but not anymore. Last time Ill be using them.

Clear descriptions of choises, easy booking and easy to amend booking. I booked two cars for the same dates (intentionally) and the system helpfully checked that I’d meant to do this. Parking at Luton very efficient and speedy with speedy transfer
