Faultless throughout - from a very busy drop off on Christmas eve, to pick up two weeks later. After a 14 hour flight, our car was ready for us to get straight into on arrival at the pick up at Heathrow T2. Would definitely use again.

waited half an hour in the freezing cold, said it was so the car could be de -iced, but none of the other cars arriving to park were iced up ! why ask for the flights back home if they are not used !!!!!!!

We have used purple parking Luton twice this year. And both times have been straight forward. This time I used the app and was able to alter the car details. On the day of travel, I called in advance and was greeted nicely. They were ready to take the car and on arrival home car was ready. Road works at the airport means a slightly different entry to the car park from last time but it’s clearly stated. Car park 1 is literally a 7-8 min walk to the air port from the car park including the two lifts. Car has been returned perfectly both times. Would definitely used again

I've used the Meet & Greet service at Stansted several times and have been very happy with it. However it is clearly becoming too popular with a queue to enter and needing to park several hundred yards from the key-drop office. The office process is quick but on return on the last 2 occasions there has been a long walk back to the car. I think they need to invest in more people to move the cars to and from their longer term parking area, otherwise meeting an independent M&G service might be quicker.

I fly regualrly from Heathrow T2 to Zurich and have used Purple Parking many times. The bus to and from the terminal is the problem. On the return the Heathrow, after a wait 0f up to 20 minutes for the bus to arrive, we have to suffer a further half hour ride to T3 and T5 before heading back to the depot to pick up the car. Why can there not be a separate bus to T5 as it is so much further away?

I was very satisfied with the meet and greet service.Very convenient for me as I fly from Heathrow having come from out of London. I have used Purple parking many times and have always received good service.

I've used this Meet & Greet service at Stansted a few times now and have praised it in the past for being easy and efficient. Problem is it's getting too popular and there is now a wait on entry, a drive to the far end of the parking area, and so a long walk to the office before getting into the terminal. Also, on return, another long walk to pick up my car which had been left in a cramped space making it difficult to open the tailgate and get the luggage loaded. I hope they will invest in whatever they need to do to improve things as otherwise it is a good service. At the moment, independent M&G services can offer a quicker set down and pick up.

Easy to get too. & park, altho busy.. bus runs back n forth drop bus stop 8. Was there to pick us back up. Best off all, adorable, nice low price. Easy access back to motorway.. I rebooted. Fir summer.

I have used Purple Parking before, and not had any issues but this time I used the service at the Cambridge Hotel instead. Absolutely diabolical. I don't recommend it at all. Got to the hotel and check in was easy enough, but then they put us into a room a long walk away which wasn't even cleaned. So I then had to walk all the way back to get the room changed. Swapped the rooms then had to walk all the way back again to take the unclean room key back. Bed was hard, shower was cold and useless. No curtains of any type either. The transfer itself was great, no problems. On the way back, transfer was also no problem. Collected my car, though the car park was absolutely rammed, there was cars nose to tail parked on the grass etc. I didn't check it over well enough as I then broke down 5 miles down the road due to the hotel driver having forced the car moving when caliper had seized in moist weather, which damaged the brake friction material. Would not use again

My car reg wasn't sent to the parking when I'd updated it a long time before. The parking wasn't great either. Too many cars and no spaces took ages to find one. Overbooked.

Easy to find. Clear instructions. Quick transfers to and from the airport. Perhaps a note to customers about ULEZ requirements is needed as we weren't aware it was required due to the proximity to the airport.

We parked our car near Gatwick airport no issues whatsoever, clear directions, easy drop off and easy collection, would definetely use it in the future.
