“Absolutely amazing service. Our plane was delayed on the way back by 1.5 hours which took us to the following day. My car collection was for 23.30 but with the delay we arrived at 1am. And the staff were very good with letting us through. Very good service. Clean car park. Good shuttle service. Nothing to fault.”

“The parking entry and exit are good, but the bus service is soooo slow. 25min waiting unacceptable. Not enough of them - cost cutting obviously! Not the same since they changed from the smaller, more often mini buses and luggage trailers. Now thinking of looking elsewhere.”

“Didn’t have to wait long for the transfer bus either to the airport or from the airport. Bus was clean and comfortable. Car park signage needs improving as it is dull and faded and hard to see in the dark, needs to be bright and lit up. However we would still use purple parking again as we have never had any problems.”
