Parking booking dates were incorrectly passed through to the outsourced Maple Parking so when I arrived back for meet and greet parking, Maple thought I had another week of parking before my return business trip. I only paid for 3 days and they thought I was away for 10 days. So my car took over an hour to appear at my meet and greet. Bad experience.

My return flight was on time. I called the number to say that I had cleared customs. There was no answer. I called 7 times as I made my way to the pick up desk. I was told that they were only dealing with drop offs. They suggested I went to the website and send an email. Eventually they were able to contact a driver to fetch my car. When it eventually arrived. I still could not get through to the designated number. Neither could the driver. There was a delay of over an hour. I said an apology would be nice. Instead of just saying sorry for the awful service I was advised to contact Purple Parking for an apology. Awful awful experience.

Easy to find the pre booked Silver Zone Car Park at Bristol Airport just off the A38. Drop off and collection were all efficient & faultless. 5 minute shuttle bus transfer service to airport. Have used Purple Parking’s Silver Zone at Bristol numerous times - says it all really. Thank you.

Easy to find the car park. The bus to the terminal was quick.on return to Stansted the bus stop is clearly posted and once on the bus the driver was very good at informing passengers of next stop etc

I inadvertently overbooked the number of days to park - my mistake. You are totally inflexible in allowing a refund and I felt robbed.

I have used Purple Parking for 14 years (excepting 2020/21) and have never before had any issues. However I parked there twice this year (2025), on the first occasion my car was returned covered in spots of a sticky brown substance which required two hot washes and a lot of elbow grease to remove from paintwork and glass. On the second occasion I returned to find the front bumper had been scuffed. On reporting this damage to the reception office a member of staff came out to the car with a bottle of T-cut and very fortunately was able to polish out the scratches. However this was not a very pleasant welcome back from our holiday. Purple Parking need to remind their drivers to take more care of their customers cars or they will rapidly lose business.

Check in and check out went well. Bad point was we got back to our car and found the interior sunglass holder had been snapped off/ broken in the car!!

I have booked meet & greet through Purple Parking regularly in recent years and never had any problems, but the last two occasions, Heathrow & now at Luton my car has been returned damaged. At Heathrow the front nearside wheel was curbed but accepted that this can happen, however at Luton, the car was only parked for 24 hours, and in that time someone has attempted to wipe the boot of the vehicle before returning it which has resulted in multiple scratches to the boot. A damage claim is in process.

Excellent service, the car park was very close to Terminal 5 and the transfer buses ran regularly.
