Really impressed with Purple Parking - very efficient and value for money compared to other options for getting to and from the airport. I would suggest that their signage needs to be improved and more obvious - especially when trying to find them at 3am!!

No problems finding Jet Parks at Stansted, good signage. Didn't have to wait for a bus going to the terminal or coming back. Relieved I had taken the late arrival option as we were delayed over 2hrs coming home.

Had to wait ages at Heathrow for the bus back, then accidently got on the wrong bus. It was overcrowded, with passengers having to stand and not enough room on the luggage racks. A heavy case fell off the top rack as the driver sped around a corner, narrowly missing an elderly passenger. When we arrived at the parking I realised I was at the wrong place. The driver refused to let me do another lap round to take me back to the airport on the next departure and instead I had to get a bus by myself, late at night, with all my luggage to the other parking site. There was no empathy for me as a lone female late at night by myself. Annoyed with myself that I got the wrong bus, but I had been waiting so long and was so tired I didn't check. It would be good if the drivers interacted with passengers to check you are going to the correct place, but the driver barely spoke English and had a "couldn't care less" attitude (unlike the driver I had going to the airport a few days previously who made sure i was in the correct bus).

I parked in the main airport parking area. I've done this on a number of visits to Lpl before. On entry I was directed to zones E & F (I think). I've always assumed this was because earlier zones were full. I've done this before and have never seen any spaces on the way. This time I spotted a space close to the multistorey car park. This was very convenient, so parked in this space. On return, when trying to exit the car park, I was unsuccessful and called for assistance. I was told that I'd parked in the wrong zone and needed to pay a surcharge of £20. Whilst I accept that I didn't park in the zones indicated, there wasn't any information to suggest that a surcharge was payable for parking elsewhere - in the same car park. I had seen, on previous visits, a separate segregated zone adjacent to the terminal, which I took to be a premium option. My parking confirmation, on 3/8/25 at 18.28, ref-JRHJPS made no mention of any surcharge for parking in, what appeared to be, an open zoned car park. Needless to say this soured my experience of parking through Purple Parking. I'll be looking at offsite parking, with transport to and from the airport, on future holidays with Jet2.

On my return to Manchester airport my car wasn't waiting for me. Instead I had to wait 10 minutes for it to arrive. But more seriously, the next day I noticed that my cache of spare change had disappeared. It was probably about £8 in coins, all gone. I know I can't prove anything, and I shouldn't have left even a small amount of cash in the car, but it does reflect very badly on your company.

Very smooth parking experience. Level 4 is lengthy so if I could advise perhaps add a location map of Level 4 and your office whereabouts .

Got into Heathrow late Sunday night. A lot of hassles to get out to get the coach to Purple Parking. They got everyone on the bus quickly. Got our car back even quicker. Thank you Purple Parking for being so efficient
