“Good price and convenient (Bath Road) location. But the shuttle transfer arrangements are now abismal: took half an hour for THE shuttle bus to appear on return journey then ANOTHER half an hour to do a tour around the other terminals before we got back to the car park.”

“why did we get charged twenty pounds as were delayed by six and a half due a passenger dying on the outbound flight from ema to ace which affected the operating schedule we were waiting had to wait for a replacement crew to arrive in arrecife maybe you did not know the circumstances even so now you know it is a bit heartless of you”

“Good clear instructions to get to the car park. Plenty of space to park the car (December). Minibus waiting to transport us on the 5 minute journey to the airport terminal. Only a short wait for minibus to transport us back to the car park.”
