“Nice and easy to book.lost my house key because have to remove it seperatly.Probably fell in the office floor or inside the bus but no one found it.woild be nice if leave it on as it was.”

“I can’t really fault it this time. We drove to the top of the main car park gave the car key to the official signed a bit of paper and walked to the airport. Reverse the process returning with the car waiting after a quick phone call at baggage.”

“The car was dropped off fine. Arrangements to do that were clear and concise. Personnel were pleasant and chatty. Collecting the car was different. There was a good 10min wait and when the car was delivered it was covered in leaves and dirt.”

“Real problem finding entrance off Bath Road at night with no illuminated signage. Was told temporarily broken, and if so hope it is now fixed. Efficiently dealt with booking in and out, but bus back from terminal to parking very slow.”
