So much simpler than previous years... Arrival : park the car, hand over the keys, get on the bus, check in.... (so fast) On return : some hurdles to overcome..... a) try and find bus stop No 22 (@ T3 (LHR))... not obvious as the No 22 sign is hidden within the bus stop itself and not externally so you can only see the bus stop when you are actually there!. Yes there are pointers to No 22 but they implied the stop was to the south, so wasted 15 mins trying to find the stop and missed a bus as a consequence. However, having seen the disappearing PP bus, that led us to the correct stop and from that point all OK.... apart from b) the elongated route via the other terminals and the long way round to the Bath Road PP area. Once at PP depot arrival the car pick up was just so quick. So apart from the signage (and maybe a simple map to find the No 22 bus stop) it was such an efficient service to use; very slick

Easy to drop off, close to the terminal. What did not make me happy…. As a disabled traveler on return I could see my car, I walked over to it but there was no one obvious to hand me back my keys. It was very late I was exhausted when I saw the attendant sat in company car. He refused to come to me and made me walk over to him (I was on crutches) despite it being was obvious I was in pain.

I really enjoyed my time at agadir, it is my first time taking pre booked a shuttle to pick you up from the airport to your hotel and hotel to airport, affordable and cheaper than local transportation,, want tank the drivers Mohamed who pick me up from the airport and Abdullah who pick me up from the hotel to airport, comfortable and safe trusted shuttle highly recommended it

The check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. I took a picture of my ticket just in case I lost it. The bus service was good, I just think the driver should help disabled passengers with their luggage if needed. The bus stop at the car park was sheltered and had heating.

Dropping off the car was easy with a quick and smooth transfer to the terminal. Bit of a wait in the cold for the bus on return which was very crowded and seemed to take a very circuitous route back to the car pick up point. Pick up of car itself was quick and easy.

Sadly we will not use PP again at Heathrow. The location used to be very convenient for T5 but that is now Maple Parking; the location now is a good 20-25 mins from T5. We waited for a bus back to the car park for 25 mins - too long in my view, and when it came not everybody could get on. We stood as if on a rush hour tube. Buses need to be much more frequent. The parking itself was fine.

We arrived at Silver zone check-in at Bristol Airport at aporox 11 am on 11th December and started to proceed with the self check-in which we hadn't used before. I followed instructions and was trying to scan the bar code but couldn't find the scanner. My husband asked an assistant for help as couldn't see the scanner abd she mocked his accent. I scanned the bar code which then directed me to a list of flights - again I asked the same assistant for help. At this point we determined our return flight but she then became very rude and condescending and carried on the rest of the process herself saying "we'll be here all day at this rate". I thought the assistants are there to help? In future we will use alternative parking.
