“So happy there was the option to add on 48 hours late cover for a token amount extra as we were delayed for almost that time due to weather conditions. Will definitely use Purple Parking again and add on this extra cover no matter what time of year.”

“- Reasonable Prices thanks to occasional special offers and discounts for regular customers - friendly service Room for improvement: Registration scanners at the JetPark entrances should be updated to enable them to read EU numberplates. Despite BREXIT, there are still many EU citizens living and working in this country, contributing to its economy. It's a bit discriminating that our car registrations cannot be registered by your scanning system at the car park entrances. The token that gets issued at the entrance instead helps, of course, but that procedure always delays the entrance to the car park considerably - and sometimes those minutes can be vital to catch an earlier shuttle bus and, eventually, be at the airport in time to catch a plane.”

“Very easy to find with postcode, then the bus was in once keys handed over. Coming back was just as easy, just a little walk outside the airport, then straight back and car not far away, highly recommend and will use again, thank you.”

“Thank you for the excellent service provided by your team from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at 6am to drop off the car, the process was smooth and efficient. The person at the kiosk was cheerful and welcoming, which made the early morning experience pleasant. We were given clear instructions on how to collect our car upon our return, which were very helpful. The shuttle service to the airport was timely, ensuring no delays. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up within 20 minutes. Collecting our keys was hassle-free, and we were pleased to find our car parked nicely and ready to go. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will not hesitate to recommend Purple Parking to others. Thank you for your excellent service!”

“Poor signage to the actual car park and on arrival at car park the barrier was broken and in an upright position so no security and when we returned a week later, it was still the same no security and barrier still in an upright position no staff seen on site on either visits”
