“Efficient welcome & departure messages on screen at barriers. Staff always friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to replace the coarse hardcore surface of the parking areas with a surface suitable for wheeled cases!”

“Generally very good. However, it wasn’t entirely clear what I should do on arrival at Southampton airport short stay car park. For example which bayed to park in and if I should leave or keep my car keys with me.”

“The barrier to the Carpark wouldn’t open when we arrived, took about 10 min of talking through the speaker before he found my booking and let us in. Same on way out, disappointing!”
