Valet parking was made very easy on the day as I received a text message to confirm only on the day. The contact number in the initial confirmation was wrong.

We were not told that Ford transits were not permitted, even though the payment process let us make the booking. The van also fit under the barrier and was left in the openair carpark, so not sure what the issue was? Basically charged an extra £10 a day (£80) would recommend a filter for certain vehicles if they are not allowed.

Excellent service at the Gatwick Purple Parking Centre, very helpful staff members, with a location which is so close to the North Terminal. Good job guys and many thanks for making this holiday parking so easy.

The bus took an hour to pick us up from T5, and they did not pick up the phone to confirm status.

Parking was easy to find with what three words, however had to sit on the bus for 25 minutes before leaving for the airport. Very efficient reception and very easy to find the car when I arrived back.

Easy to find, easy to get in and parked, and bus left within a minute of us loading our luggage on. Collection after our holiday was quick and efficient.

London Luton 4 min drop and ride. Not to bad. Close to the airport. The driver seemed very agitated on the 23rd in the morning. There was a loads of unhappy talk with the other staff while we were waiting in the mini bus. Laud talking at one of the stops which seemed very unprofessionally and smoking as well. Coming back 30th the driver was very helpful with the luggage and friendly approach. Over all not bad service

Easy arrival procedure and check in. Bus left for terminal in good time. On return I waited a short time for the bus back to car park. Keys and car were waiting and again no fuss and very efficient service. I used Maple Parking via Purple Parking.

Good price for T1 Manchester multi storey parking. Only issue is that one barrier didn't recognise my number plate leaving the car park so I had to reverse in the dark and use the other barrier which worked fine. We were well within the return time so it was definitely an issue with the barrier. Luckily no car behind me but could have been an issue if it had been busy. We've used this car park on numerous occasions and not had an issue.

Very straightforward, good valet as well. Only 7 miles driven in total to park off site. Will use again.
