We use purple parking every year. The parking aspect is perfect however the buses aren’t. If you just miss one you have to wait quite a while for the next one after a long haul flight and then the suitcase racks are quite full. Purple Parking could do with putting in extra buses. We are looking for an alternative later in the year due to this.

I was a bit nervous about leaving my car and keys in a random place but all ran smoothly, the shuttle buses were on time and ran at the silly hours required to catch our early flight. And the car was waiting for us on our return! A bit expensive but worth it for peace of mind. I would use again.

They didnt. Whereas outbound worked as it should, return into Terminal 2 DID NOT! Purple Parking may say they serve terminals 2/3/5 but in reality the focus is 3 & 5. Terminal 2 consistently gets overlooked. I had to phone twice, other customers tried but just got the answer service. One Purple Parking bus just drove right paste bus stop 17 and ignored the people waiting. Purple Parking MUST do better and insure every bus stops at T2 without fail.

STOLEN WHEEL BALANCING WEIGHTS - I've used Purple Parking a lot, but yesterday on driving home on the M4 I noticed vibration when braking, I pulled into the services only to notice that my wheel balancing weights have been stolen. I really look after my car, I wash it every week, especially the wheels so I would have previously notice when they had been cut off. Also, there was no vibration on my drive to LHR. This is very disappointing and also dangerous, Plus the cost and time for me now to go and get all my wheels balanced. I took pictures and it’s obvious, but it’s not something I checked for when collecting my car.
