Easy, on time, pleasant staff and simple, once you know where the T3 short stay car park is, LHR road signs, so many of these, and harder to work out when dark. This is not Purple parking issue just for people that do not use LHR much it can be a little confusing when trying to find the right car park.

Arrival at Heathrow location could be better sign posted for those not familiar with its access. Passengers had to self determine which bus was departing to which terminal, no announcement by staff. Return pick-up was excellent both from the terminal and at reception

Really good for ease and time to T5. All staff were pleasant, only grumble is it looked like our car had been in a western shootout on return! Covered in dry mud stains. Would def recommend though

Easy check in and drop off of keys, straight onto the bus and into the airport. On return the driver somehow got everyone on the bus, once back in the car park again all very efficient and easy.

Easy pick up, drop off slightly more confusing as directions not clear for South Terminal (North Terminal was excellent) Gatwick. Once we found the drop off everything was very smooth and easy. Thanks

Signage from arrivals to car park needs improving. It was only with remembering original route on arrival that I was able to find my way back.

Couldn't find directions to the Maple car park at Heathrow (but fortunately I found a previous set) - and there is no postcode for using Satnav. My wait for bus on return was a bit long. However, overall, the service was good.

The customer service was excellent. Very convenient and easy. However I have given it 4 stars because it’s not clear at all at the terminal bus stop retuning to my car that I needed to get a maple parking express bus. I got on the wrong one and it ended with me taking two hours, a bus and uber journey to get back to my car. The people were very friendly but they did say that this happens a lot. So I wonder if there is anyway you can make it really clear at bus stop 30 at Heathrow that you must get the Maple parking bus, even though the email says purple parking. But like I said I can’t fault the people or the service apart from that

I always use Purple Parking - when I fly from Gatwick - and I am always very satisfied with the service - however - when I arrived back this Sunday afternoon - I did have to wait - longer than usual - before the bus turned up.

The most efficient, simple, easy way to park. Like how we can leave our car and take our keys with us, just have to remember to take a photo of the bus-stop we get on, although coming home the bus didn’t actually stop at the same one - not to worry we got there in the end 👍🏼

All worked well, only comment is we were almost two hours late returning and there were a shortage of buses back to mid-term (08/03/24 5pm). We booked early, so good value. Will use again

Easy to book, but anpr didn't recognise my registration. It was sorted over the telcom at the barrier so no big deal in the end.
