“Vegetable topsoil absolutely fantastic: beautiful dark colour, friable, a delight to handle. However having chosen next day delivery it was annoying to have stayed in with grandchilldren all day only to find there was a hitch and delivery could not be till next day.”

“good delivery of soil driver was very helpful the soil was nice only one small complaint there was some glass in the soil which I had to remove when racking it as did not want my dogs my dogs getting it in their paws”

“This is the second order of top soil from QGS. A very good economy topsoil ideal for levelling prior to laying turf. A full one tonne bag unlike other suppliers who only sell 750kg for the same price.”

“I still have not received my delivery which has been promised and was due on Tuesday it's now Friday. Customer services have been appalling and even hung the phone up when I was trying to sort out their mistake. They had cancelled my order without authorisation or informing me so I waited at home for the order on Tuesday and Wednesday, it didn't arrive. They told me I had to pay £75 this mistake or get it delivered another day. I have chosen today (Friday) and surprise surprise it's still not here at 17.16! Communication is very intermittent they pick and chose what to reply to and it's never a quick response. Terrible company I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs.”

“turf quite good, easy to lay. topsoil ok, but large piece of tree trunk in it. Communication is a problem, not answering questions, not seeing the order was for sat delivery, etc.”

“This company failed to deliver my tonne bag on the day they said. The following delivery was very late, again not when they said. Cost me 2 days labour and equipment hire. No call backs when they said, and calling their premium number cost me more! Steer clear.”

“The products are great, the delivery was a disaster. I clearly stated in my order, in an email and over the phone that I needed 1 day notice to have laborers in place to accept the delivery; the driver called me saying that they were at my door and basically the company just ignored my request. Would not recommend unless you order small items where delivery is easy.”
