Good quality soil and excellent service

Shocking bad company, if you could give less stars I would, 5t of topsoil paid for and was due to be delivered on the 29th, paid the extra for Saturday AM delivery, truck arrived at 1;38pm and wouldn't even try go down the street in case he got trapped down it if a car came after he went down, Useless driver and just wanted to go home for the long weekend. I offered to help push the pallets down the street but he said we wasn't going to do that so he drove off with my topsoil again. Called the company on the Monday to complain, told me id have to pay £102 to redeliver or £180 to cancel the order, go figure how its that much. Argued my case and sent photos of the street the driver wouldn't drive down and they agreed he should have, so they would redeliver for free. Promised 3 bags on Thursday and 2 on Friday. No bags showed up on the Thursday so called again on Friday and was told they didn't deliver because I would have to be home, even though they said I didn't have to be the day before, reason that you have to be home they said was to assist the driver if needed, so now I have to help them unload when the first idiot wouldn't do that the first day. Phoned again later on the Friday for an update as they never call you back, was then told that they had delivered 3 on the Thursday, idiots!!!, had to phone again to see what the latest update was before I left work, was told they were on there way and the rest would be delivered Saturday. Nothing again on the Friday and now its 6:20pm on Saturday and still nothing. I am now out of pocket £429 for the soil and had to hire a garden roller for another 2 weeks, so that's another £60......... Have wasted 2 weekends waiting around and a week of dealing with them on the phone. Looking forward to calling them on Monday morning!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Having made my order received a call from service team explaining only half of my turf had been cut. They were very apologetic and my remaining turf was delivered first thing next morning. Things to go wrong, so it's all about how it's put right. Good service will use again.

Totally useless customer service. Soil now two days late and they have no idea when it will be delivered. Not fit for purpose. Don't use this company.

Turf arrived on the right day Friday before bank holiday but my top soil didn't arrive till Tuesday as it comes on a different vehicle. Who in their right mind would send the turf 4 days before the soil if I was in it would have back

Ordered 26/04 requested delivery 28/04 did not want to pay extra for next day delivery Finally received delivery 03/05 after chasing it up ,if not may still have been waiting, customer service very poor ,left it up to the driver to call me. Then 2 bags arrived instead of 1 Driver was very good. ,but expecting him.to move a 1 tonne bag on his own was a joke good job I was at home Hope the soil is better

Hi John Thanks for your feed back, I have had a quick look into this for you and it seems you placed your order at 22.38 on the Wednesday 26th, having selected the standard delivery (up to 4 working days) and not the next working day delivery method. Your order was dispatched via the selected delivery method on the Thursday 27th, your order was then delivered within 4 working days (working days being monday to friday and excluding public holidays) as per the selected delivery option. You would have had to selected the next working day delivery method to have received a delivery on Friday the 28th. We are not sure why the haulier tried to deliver two bags, this is something we are taking up with them as our instructions to them were clearly 1 bulk bag not two. Please accept our apologies for this mix up and any confusion that was caused by our delivery options.

Im no expert but it seemed very good. Only flaw was there were several fully grown weeds in the soil so had to remive these!

Veggie compost does not have much organic matter seems to be mostly top soil also a lot of broken glass. Contacted via live chat & sent photos but still waiting!

Good website easy to order things from it, the delivery driver was a great, 10 out of 10, top bloke. There was a problem with the delivery date and my item wasn't delivered on the day it was suppose to be delivered on. I phoned the customer service team and was told they would look into it and get back to me. After waiting most of the day they didn't call so I had to phone them back and all they really said was it was a system error and had to arrange another date, no real apology for the inconvenience. All in all the customer service was lacking and tainted the experience and as a result would think twice before ordering from them again, shame because the products not bad.

The delivery driver was not helpful at all. My gardener started unloading the soil and found a whole slab inside one of the bags. Not very happy

Paid for next day delivery and had to wait a week. Made four phone calls related to delivery nobody bothered to ring back also emailed and requested a call was told delivery would be Wednesday still didn't arrive materials delivery Thursday and was not informed about delivery
