“The quality of the canvas drawstring bag has gone down. It's super thin and frays easily. Purchased the same bag and print a few years ago, and that bag is thicker, bigger and no fraying. Was going to purchase another bag, but maybe next year they will switch back. One improvement wss shipping was much faster!”

“Products are great but took over a month to get a response to where my order was. Each time I sent email or live chat the response I got was that it take 2-4 days for production of order. It wasn't until I asked about getting a refund did I actually get a response.”

“Item I purchased was not as described once I went to customize it. I ordered a pillowcase. Qualtry advertised the following: 1. only additional cost for item would be that of shipping and 2. I could pick the font of the personalization from several choices. Neither was true. Not only did I have to pay the cost to ship the item (which is ridiculously expensive for a pillowcase!) but I also had to pay a printing fee (otherwise the customization would have been done in China and the item would not have arrived until Feb - not ok for a Christmas gift). Only one font was available for the customization, which was not a font I liked and never would have purchased the pillowcase had I known. Never will buy from Qualtry again.”
