“I was HIGHLY disappointed with my spoon and fork set. The spoon was way darker than the fork, I called customer service and explained my dissatisfaction, they CLAIMED all wood grains are different but I had 3 previous orders, same items set and all sets matched perfectly. I will not order again from Qualtry.”

Our apologize, we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

“I’ve ordered pillows and the letters are not centered on any of them. They letters tend to be more on the right side when you look at the message. It is very noticeable. One of the pillows came with a snag on the front. I pulled some extra thread out to make it look flat. That was very disappointing. The journals I ordered also were not centered. And a few had what seemed like a small bubble under the leather. Some journals looked like they had been thrown around almost scuffed. I’m not happy with the last few purchases I’ve made.”

“Ordered personalized towels and was surprised. When they arrived in good time I see that the printing is not centered on the bottom of the towel - it is very off-center. Not happy”

“The collars are fine, but the Groupon code didn't go through when I placed my order. I have submitted 2 customer service emails and no one responded. I was charged $73 for 3 collars and the Groupon was $31.73. It also charged me shipping even though shipping was included. I would like someone to refund the $73 and apply what I already paid for 3 collars including shipping.”

“I have really enjoyed your items and selection. The personalized dog collars are my favorite. Some items need more photos, descriptions, measurements, etc. For instance, the backpacks need a photo of the inside and more detail about size, pockets, and features. Sometimes I can only see sale items if I click from your email. If I just access the site straight away, I don’t see the sale pages. Thank you.”

“I love using Qualtry.....the products are top notch and I love personalizing them to the clients I serve. I love seeing the smiles on their faces when they open the gifts.
