“several items missing in my order. One item cancelled that could have been replaced with one very similar (golf flask). I contacted you and was asked what was missing in my order. There was no acknowledgement of the tea towels that were missing. Still havent received the items that were missing. Very disappointed”

“Merchandise was chipped on rim. Wood salad handles were 2 different color wood. And I ordered 3 sets of pillow cases. And received nothing. Even though the said, they were shipped. Called customer service at the beginning of last week. We will see if they send my order correctly this time. Still waiting......”
