“I've purchased the embroidered collars several times as I think they are a great idea and investment for my fur babies. Though I have had several issues in the past I part user error and not understanding how to order multiple products, this time was my absolute worst experience! I called your customer service line multiple time and was hung up on multiple times, the line was not answered, I was unable to speak with anyone above the customer support representative. It was absolutely ridiculous! For this reason though I think you have a good product the time, energy, and frustration I don't think I will order from you again.”

“I have always been pleased with the quality of your items. I just wish you would price them closer to the sale prices that you offer. The shipping costs also seem to be high. Then when you offer free shipping, I feel I lost out when I just ordered items.....”

“I ordered a collar through Groupon, it didn't take the code, so I paid full price of $28.. and when I received tge collar it is very poorly embroidered. No spaces between phone number, they placed a 1 in the front. This is the third and final time I order from this company. I did write and send pictures but never heard back.”
