“I ordered a collar through Groupon, it didn't take the code, so I paid full price of $28.. and when I received tge collar it is very poorly embroidered. No spaces between phone number, they placed a 1 in the front. This is the third and final time I order from this company. I did write and send pictures but never heard back.”

“I received a personalized spoon from my sister when I got married. I loved it! When my friend was getting married, I asked my sister where she purchased the spoon and I’ve been buying from this company ever since.
